Leaving this bad review only in hopes the manager or owner will get his staff some help and guidance. 35 minutes in the drive through 10 cars lined around the building- they never asked the car at the window to simply pull up so everyone stuck in line could come through. Very bad service. It happens often at this establishment. There used to be a young man a year or so ago who worked and really kept things flowing, but it’s pretty bad as of late. It doesn’t seem to be a lack of staff, just poorly trained. You have the business, but your team needs guidance.

I have never waited in line behind two cars for 20 minutes at any fast food establishment. Then after that they finally moved the front car out of the way not getting their order. This is not the first time. Only recommend not to come here.

If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would.. We checked their hours online and with it being a SATURDAY NIGHT, you would expect them to be open.. Get there about 8:45 and there’s two punk kids inside sitting down.. OPEN SIGN ON. No one will take our order in the drive thru so we park to go in and the door is locked and she tells us they’re closed.. remind you this is the same door with the business hours posted stating they are open until 11:00. Absolutely ridiculous.

This store shouldn’t even receive 1 star. They close earlier then their store hours state they close, that is if their open at all. They stop serving food way too early, An hour before close is not acceptable. And now, the thing their most famous for, (Ice Cream) their machine is broken. I’ve worked in the fast food field, if you need help, hire some. Don’t be cheap, everyone is paying a little more now so pay up and get this business back on track. This location used to be so good, but either the owners are management has let it go down the drain. If you don’t care anymore, then just close the doors and save everyone the hassle.

Got 2 large blizzards, when I got home and tried them they had a strange horrible taste.. possibly old ice cream? When I called the store to let them know a very nice employee informed me she has told the owners this for the past 2 weeks but they are still serving this same ice cream. That is unacceptable, what if someone gets sick?

Absolutely wonderful. The employees were very nice. I really enjoyed my visit there… Alot has changed in 2 years. Call restaurant at 6pm on 1-23-2022 wanting a icecream cake with Happy Birthday written on it. The young lady told me there was no one there to write on it. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to write Happy Birthday. If they can write then you can also write on a cake. I know I decorate cakes from time to time. The owner should always have someone on the clock at all times that can write on a cake. They just lost a Sale. It saddens me that a Company losses money cause they haven’t shown employees how to write on a cake. Its simple.

Do not waste your time going to this Dairy Queen. We have went by multiple times and they are never serving ice cream. Wait is 15-20 minutes for food in the drive-thru and order is never right. We will be driving to the Rockmart location from now on…..

Pulled in tonight at approx 8:45. There was a line to the road however we waited. Got to the drive thru menu to place our order but no one ever asked to take it. After sitting for about 10 minutes we pulled to the window. Asked if they were closed, the kid at window(male) said “yeah, we closed early”. They decided to close with a line of cars waiting in drive thru. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a blizzard today that tasted like the milk had went south. I told the staff and asked for a different kind of blizzard. I was charged for the extra blizzard which also tasted gross. The staff told me it was okay because it tasted fine to them. I’m out $10 what a joke.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Ordering board not working had to order at window and wait. Order was wrong, double charged me and half the food wasn’t cooked. Some of the food was spoiled. Won’t be back. Place is run by people who don’t care at all about customer service or the customers coming back.
