Stopped by here to go by the drive thru . Should have checked ratings. I only saw the one worker that took my order, but think another was there. The lady that took my order was okay, but the food was not. The fries had no salt, burger tasted weird and was only slightly warm, but the real downer was the chocolate milkshake. The milkshake wasn’t full, but I paid full price… the chocolate was not mixed in very well. If only one of these things had happened, I might think it was just a bad moment.
If they can’t even fill a cup up, there is a problem. She just handed it to me like that was normal. No.. Don’t waste your time or money by stopping here!
The picture posted of my milkshake was with the dome lid taken off, but otherwise as it was handed to me.

If you come here, prepare to wait 20+minutes in the drive through, where they WILL tell you to park and wait so they can fake their drive through times. Wouldn’t have to do that if they didn’t take 20 mins for your order. They will also forget multiple items from your order, so make sure you check before you leave. It is not an exaggeration when I say every time we come to this location they forget something from our order. No amount of complaints seem to do anything either, they just offer discounts and coupons. Consistently just the absolute worst fast food experience time after time. We had stopped coming to this location for a while but the kids wanted SpongeBob meals and it’s literally a block from our house unfortunately. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.

This Burger King is different. They a very clean and polite. The food is fresh as well as the environment. The team members are all smiling. The new GM has did a 360 since my visit this summer.

The workers do not change their gloves. I saw an employee take out an order to a car, with her gloves on and come back inside after touching the dirty door handles and did not change her gloves. She reached right into the food to prepare an order. What is the point of wearing gloves if you don’t change them. You are cross contaminating food. These employees are not being watched by supervisors and they need training in being sanitary. Its disgusting.

For my meal just this morning. The lady taking my order was very rude and tried to hurry me from the moment I got to the drive through. I was the only one so there is no reason to rush, no one else was in line. I got my food which was barely even warmed and grease dripped off one of my breakfast sandwiches to an almost disgusting amount. Got my coffee which she had an attitude when I asked for sugar. Didnt even give me a coffee stirrer. I left. Got to work opened the lid for me coffee, hard white specks are floating. I dont know if their cups aren’t clean or I’d she put so nothing in it. Either way, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I’m hoping to owners reach out after this review. They need to revamp the staff.

The doors are closed and locked at 12:00 noon. The reasons were there were only 2 people working. This restaurant needs to hire someone that can prepare food, have a good attitude and not expect to get paid for doing nothing. There is not enough room to write about the food Close this fast food restaurant and reorganize!

This location just open back up so you would think everything was fresh! Think again I bit my sandwich on lunch break about 2:30pm Jan, 31 just to bite a dry BK Stacker with steak sauce and mayo which I didn’t ask for. Not to mention the dry and cold taste of the flame broil beef patty. The bread taste as tho they left it open all day. Open my sandwich and hello string of hair. Ask for the manger to explain the issues I was having and all I can say is WOW! She told the cashier just to refund me and wave me off in the back not once apologizing, didn’t ask if they can remake a fresh sandwich, no comp or anything after this experience I don’t see them lasting in our community to much longer and can’t wait to see the doors close or new management. This was a horrible experience.

The person taking orders in the drive-thru should be replaced. I went at 9:30 pm and the lady had a “stank” attitude and I left because I wasn’t going to spend my money there. If she’s the manager, she should go back to training. Totally unacceptable! If I could give the customer service there a “0” I would.

Our order was precise on the menu screen. One member of my family just wanted a Whopper with cheese with only mustard, pickles and heavy on the onions. Well so much for the heavy onions and the piece of cheese on the threw together burger because it definitely was not a slice. We gave them another chance after the last horrible experience, so now we’re done with this Burger King as well as the one on Houston Levee.
