This location doesn’t make blizzards good. Blizzards barely have any flavoring mixed in them. Tastes like plain vanilla ice cream. For the price, it should be alot better.

I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen since I was a little girl. I’m now 50, my family & I have spent literally thousands over several decades.
Tonight, may be my last time there, seriously. DQ on South Walker in Princeton WV has gotten so bad that it’s sad it really is. Tonight one of the 2 hotdogs I got was BLACK, weiner is black. An almost $4.00 hot dog. Disgusting, ridiculous & wasted $$$$.
Other issues going on as well, a staff member, in shock this individual is still allowed to work there. This would NEVER happen if Mrs. Satterfield was working there as she did 35-40 years ago, she would probably turn over in her grave.

Ordered 4 chicken baskets at the Walker street location, got them home and fries and chicken were greasy. Called Dairy Queen and manger remade them got those and the fries and chicken are not the same as they use to be. The bathroom had water coming from around the bottom of the toilet and the toilet was wobbly. This store needs some serious training and clean up.

We’ve tried this Dairy Queen 3 times now, and every single time something is wrong. They never flip the blizzards because by the time you get them they’re half melted, and they consistently mess up our blizzards. My smores blizzard had no graham cracker stuff in it, and my husband paid for cookie dough in his Oreo blizzard and literally only had 3 in his entire blizzard. Service I extremely slow and they don’t care enough to make your stuff right. Take the extra 4 minutes and go to the one on Oakvale rd.

This Dairy Queen was typical of most but had one secret weapon that most others don’t—their front staff. The young man who took our order was among the most pleasant I’ve ever experienced. I had a slaw dog, while my friend had a pork sandwich. Both were average in flavor. The restroom here was large and average in cleanliness, and there were a few tables outdoors. The inside eating area was medium in size. This location also offered ice cream cakes and treats for take out.

Shameful to call this place a Dairy Queen I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and it only came with 3 pieces of chicken??? I didn’t notice until I’d driven away. So $10 for 3 chicken strips and some fries???? They don’t take the DQ app and give you your food in a bummy styrofoam box. Just rebrand to whatever you really are we as a business but you are NOT a Dairy Queen.

Went to this Dairy Queen and unfortunately had to go 5 miles to another one. Their ice cream machine was broken Walked in and overheard the girl telling another customer. She didn’t apologize which if it we’re me, I would have and offered to call an order in to the other location. We ended up happy in the end with the other location’s food.

Make sure they flip that blizzard. Mine was half melted when they gave it to me at the drive thrue and I didn’t notice till I pulled into one of their parking spots. Should have know when the lid was on and the lady at the window wanted to give me extra napkins.

Just stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. This has happened a couple times. So, I’m finally writing a review on it. Was not even acknowledged, and the customers who were waiting on their order when we walked in, were still waiting on their order as we walked out. Won’t be going back.
