Food was okay, took forever to wait even though I placed an online order and waited over 20 mins inside. Young kids that don’t seem to want to work. You can’t tell me all these toppings sitting on the counter is sanitary? Customers could’ve grabbed what they wanted. Disgusting

Just stopped in at Dairy Queen and ordered 3 blizzards in the drive through. Was asked if we wanted a drink holder. We responded “yes”. Pulled up to the receiving window and was handed our ice cream with no tops and no holder. No napkins and no customer service. Asked for tops and a drink holder and was given attitude. Ended up, with a drink holder and useless soda tops. Please fix your staff! Thank you!

Got a nasty black hair in my burger didn’t want finish the meal after that finding, wouldn’t get me refund for entire meal after I refused to eat it. Horrible customer service didn’t understand at all the team leader was there but no manger. Wouldn’t give me a number too call because I wasn’t satisfied with what maddi the team leader could provide. She looked at me and put the money in my hand for the burger and wouldn’t say or do anything else. I was trying to be kind but none of the servers had there hair back and they had long hair it was disappointing and disgusting

February 13, 2025 – Best time to visit Dairy Queen . . . Cold winter nights! No lines, we had 3 staff waiting on us!
Do you know why DQ’s can’t say “ Ice Cream” . . . but say tasty DAIRY TREATS?
( FDA requires at least 10% buttermilk fat, to call it ICE CREAM)
Oh well, it looks like ice cream! I go for the chocolate raspberry w/chocolate chunks Blizzard! Yum!
Thank you, Stuarts Draft for opening a DQ near Waynesboro , about 10 mile drive for my wife & I . Several ice cream places close during winter in Waynesboro.
This DQ is open year round! There’s fast food on their menu! We noticed a drive thru! But we walked inside to look around. Pleasantly surprised to see a big “ Take Home Freezer” . . . Loads of frosty dairy treats , cones, cakes, and other delights.
We haven’t tried the burgers & fries.
We do like their parfaits, chocolate & vanilla swirl cones, and my favorite are the Blizzards! All kinds of flavors, plus loaded with Candy goodies in a cup! Yummy !

If I could give this negative stars. I would. I ordered 2 blizzards, chicken fries and pretzels. One blizzard was mint chocolate chip blizzard with chocolate dip. Even on the receipt it read oreo. Thats not what I ordered. I brought it up to the staff members they said I was wrong. Im so mad because it was a large of the wrong item. I just threw it in the trash. The person who wanted it hates oreo.

After requesting fresh food and getting the same food I was given (mind you I had bit a fry as to why I asked for fresh food) served back to me just redipped in the fryer is bad customer service and goes against policy as well as just nasty. I would not recommend this establishment.

We came for free cone day on the first day of spring. They did a great job getting the crowd through the line and the drive-through. They were even keeping up with cleaning tables when guests finished and left. All in all, great job, Dairy Queen staff!
