It took 20 mins for the lone worker to take my order due to the fact she was working making food for mobile orders and whatever, manager was playing slot machine. Got to give a shout out to Barbara for THE EXCELLENT customer service for greeting me, apologies for how long it was taking, taking my order and cooking a great breakfast and doing this ALL BY HERSELF with a smile on her face!

Wish I could give no stars my husband ordered through the app and the app defaulted his pick up location 45 min away. So of course he needed to cancel the order, there is no feature in the app to do that. The app said order complete, and paid for and it was pending on our account. It advises to call the store to cancel. We call the store 4 times because I was not satisfied with ” we never received any orders”. She never once asked our name, the order number or anything jus said we didn’t receive it. After my 4th call she looks in to her system and asked me what the items order was and miraculously she found the order they never received or started to prepare. Almost 2 hrs in. The person were rude, unprofessional and no knowledge of operations. She said ” I dont use the app” “call headquarters” ” go in the app to cancel” I cant tell you what to do we didnt get any order”. I prompted her to ask questions like what was the ordered items, order confirmation name . And wow and behold it poppped up. Still no satisfaction because according to her the app is new to their store they cant cancel app orders despite the app telling you to call them to cancel and no manager is on to cancel it. Then she never took our information to hand to a a manager for when they report the next day. “It got lost” according to the other staff who took the phone away from her. DQ I WOULD LIKE MY FUNDS REFUNDED AS WE NEVER RECEIVED AND ORDER and according to your staff NEITHER did they

the issue started when we ordered online through the DQ website. after we paid for our meals, we received an email with the receipt, and $2 was added to the final amount. when we confronted about the price change, the worker there said that the “price was correct” and that the burger we ordered was 2 extra dollars, a different price than the one on the website.

This location is chronically understaffed. There is one young guy that is always working and honestly I’ve been there some nights and the line is out the door and he’s the only one there. I have to hand it to him, this is not exactly the most glamorous job and he keeps it professional. This is where we go for our ice cream when we don’t go to teeters, cause heaven knows Crozet creamery cost an arm and a leg. Thanks for making our blizzards!!

Employees hands were visibly dirty especially under fingernails. Clearly not washed properly. Additionally, we had to wait several minutes for them to complete a conversation complaining about how lazy their coworkers were.

Abysmal…customer service on 3/27 was terrible, and that is being nice. BLEACH was poured on the counter with food and the place was an absolute mess… The attendant took 5 orders then started to make the first orders which were burgers so everything was cold and old. The management should consider either being here, if the are as great as stated in previous reviews, or just sell this place (after firing these 2 people who probably consider this job a bother)

Whoever is managing this place clearly doesn’t know what they are doing. Every time I come there it’s only 1 person working the Dairy Queen side which seems to be busy a lot. We were just there and there was only one girl and I felt very bad for her because she had no help and tons of people in line. Not to mention while she is trying to make the blizzards she is having to swat away a lot of flies from flying near her and near the machine with the ice cream which could be a public health concern. I’m not one to take time to do this but when it’s consistently understaffed and dirty I feel like whoever is in charge needs to step up. I hope the girl that was working tonight gets a bonus because for what she had to deal with by herself she deserves it.
