I usually pass this place by because I thought the service would be too slow. I was surprised to find that it is a nicely updated establishment well a good selection on their menu. The food was ready quickly and it tasted good and fresh. I usually pass through this city pretty quickly on my way to somewhere else. This time I was glad a took the extra few minutes to sit down to eat. The electric train running throughout is a pleasure for everyone to watch and has been a positive draw for many years. I will stop there again on another trip through town.

This was my fist time and my husbands second. I ordered the spicy guac chicken sandwich meal and a banana split with almonds, strawberries and marshmallows. He just got a plain bacon cheeseburger with lettuce meal. I noticed after a couple of bites that they didn’t put guac in my sandwich so I went back and told them. They said to threw it away and they would make me a new one. Ok perfect. They gave me a bacon Swiss burger with guac. It wasn’t even what I had ordered to begin with. I had literally shown the lady so I don’t know how it was missed. I didn’t even bother correcting them as it was very busy and I got to try the chicken and beef at this point. Also my banana split was missing the marshmallows. Overall the food was okay, but the service was not. I understand it was busy but they missed a lot of things. When you are ordering, there is a screen where you can see exactly what they are inputting and ask you if everything looks correct. What’s the point if they got a lot wrong.

Unique burger stop. Model train is their calling card. The Train Burger was loaded and tasty. Good fries. Friendly staff. Worth checking out if you’re in Heber.

I thought this place would be a dump for some reason but it exceeded my expectations! Burger was delicious and shakes were so good—I got a seasonal one and definitely recommend trying the shakes. They were delicious. The fries are either double fried or beer battered. They were so good. It was busy so I think it says something about the place.

I was there for the first time. It was a wonderful experience, from the beautiful flowers outside, the place to seat and enjoy the fresh weather. Inside a home atmosphere with that attractive train at the ceiling and so clean tables and gentle service. Highly recommend for a family.

Fun train-themed restaurant. The shakes are very amazing, the fries are very good, and the burgers are just pretty good. Fun place to eat though. There’s a drive through and also seating both inside and outside. The backdrop in Heber is beautiful. Definitely worth going to.

Amazing burger spot in Heber! If you are ever passing through or need a hearty meal after camping for several days in the wilderness this is the spot. Onion rings are next level and the shake flavors will boggle your mind. This is the kind of train I like. That fry sauce doesn’t know what is coming its way!

We drive from Highland Utah just to eat at this place. Sure, we have food where we live, but not THIS food. We come for the fries, and the burgers. We leave with one of the best shakes in the world.
The line is often all the way out the door and down the street. They will probably never make a chain out of it, but a girl can dream. They just need to find the right location, if they ever did build another location. I wish they would, but I’m also happy to drive all the way here just to eat here.
I love the trains and that part of the atmosphere. The only struggle is conveying what you want at the register. You have to speak really loud to be heard, or your order will be wrong. The fries are worth buying extra, because they’re just as good when you reheat them.
If the staff can hear you when you speak. The food is 10/10…

The restaurant has a very unique atmosphere and is even in a video game called American Truck Simulator! The raspberry shake was really good and big! Kinda expensive for a shake but was good. Menu was a bit confusing with items all over and even taped to the walls. Cute interior but is quite dated.

I will never stop here again. My bacon cheese burger was completely cold and definitely not fresh. I had to make my own fry sauce because the stuff in the cups was brown. Its supposed to be pink. They need to make sure that rotate it properly.
