I use to eat here at least once a week. Since the name changed though this place has went down hill. I’ve tried it a few times over the last year and the food wasn’t good. Decided to give it a try again today. Bad idea. I waited an hour outside on my food. I had a $54 order. I finally gave up and called inside to see what was going on. They had forgot me. They finally brought it out. Then my daughter found a hair in her side salad and had to trash it and a few mins after I found a hair in my hot fudge cake and had to trash it. By that point I was so mad I wasn’t attempting to go back. I DO NOT recommend eating here!

Haven’t eaten here since back in 2019 due to wrong food being fixed or forgotten from my order and rude workers. But I ordered here tonight and I’m definitely a satisfied customer. We ordered a lot of food, 2 burgers, 3 hotdogs, 3 fries, peanut butter milkshake and a hot fudge cake. It was so delicious. A bit expensive at 28 bucks but definitely worth the splurge. Not much different in price than anything else these days but definitely really good food. Friendly service and glad to finally have a great place near to my home so we can enjoy some good food without having to cook it myself. Do yourself a favor and stop by and try their good food.

Two times in a row this business had forgotten about our order . Waited almost an hour and watched patrons who came in after we did get thier food. Our ticket was misplaced! Not once, but twice!! Both times we asked for a refund. Still charged over $5 for our 2 small drinks. The food is good is why we try, but we drive over a mountain from VA to get there. Not to mention they left a huge part of our order out one time thru the drive thru. Had to go back and it was sitting in the window cold. 3 times. Not good .

This was my first visit to this place, and it was well worth it. The portions, service, and flavor are all excellent. We arrived with a large group of 17 people, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. They are open until 10 p.m., so if you want to have ice cream with your friends and family in Cumberland, this is the place to go.

Amazing service! We brought in 16 people and all were served in around 15 minutes. Pecan pie was delicious and several in our party stated that the coal miner shake was the best shake they had ever had. Very reasonably priced, and cute decor as well!
