We had a lovely experience here. The staff member was helpful and friendly. We sampled a few flavors and chose strawberry & cheesecake, everything was great. Easy parking and a clean, comfortable atmosphere made this location stand out compare to the other dairy hill ice cream locations.

You can get ice cream in your favorite MLB team’s hat here! That is my favorite part of this location and I will do it next time I go. They sell Umpqua brand ice cream and do not make their own. Waffle cones are gluten free and d delicious!
I grabbed a pint from the freezer and had to wait over 7 minutes to get rung up. It would be nice if the staff prioritized grab & go customers OR had a self-serve kiosk to ring out efficiently. Maybe they will in future…

Best ice cream cake ever! I like ice cream cakes and have always been disappointed, usually by the cardboard quality of the cake. My wife got me a surprise birthday cake from Dairy Hill, and it was the best ever. The espresso ice cream was excellent, the chocolate cake was moist and real cake (not cardboard), and the fudge frosting with nuts was outer worldly. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality and wow factor.

My kids loved this spot. Conveniently located and a plethora of flavors for them (kids) to be undecided about. Haha!
It’s nice to know we can just shoot down the hill into this Plaza and grab a couple of scoops when the hankering hits us. Nice to see gluten free cones too. I appreciate the patience and overall friendliness from the staff.
