We had a great experience at Daily Op. I was a little worried about my young child who is a very picky eater because there isn’t a kid’s menu, but they made a simple but dope (great bread) grilled cheese for us! It helped our family get to have a relaxing and delicious dinner. We were really grateful. My husband and I got the og cabbage salad and two burgers. My child got the grilled cheese. Then we shared the maple black bottom pie and brown butter donut. All delicious! The guy at the counter was so nice but in the way that makes you feel like you’re walking into a friend’s kitchen. The woman who served our food had amazing timing with when everything came out. The restaurant was slow at the early hour so the food came out lightening fast. Overall a great experience, would recommend!

Checked out Daily Operation in Easthampton on a casual stop and it immediately felt like a place that knows what it is. It’s a great little spot with a lot of character, the kind of atmosphere that feels lived-in in the best way. We started with the garlic dog and it was fire, like instantly regretting I didn’t order two. The burger was great too, cooked right and super satisfying without trying too hard. But the chicken milanese sandwich stole the show, and I don’t say that lightly. Absolutely unreal, the kind of sandwich you keep thinking about later. Everything came out quick, the staff was friendly, and the whole place just felt easy and welcoming. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area.

This was so unexpected. Best meal I’ve had in a long time. I just moved to the area in March and am working my way through recommended spots around Amherst, Northampton Easthampton… This spot has topped everything.

The food was incredible. I’m finding a lot of places in the area have a lot of food with fancy menu descriptions that sound like they’d taste amazing but then just kind of… fall flat. Daily ops delivers. The flavors came through and were so well balanced. Even the vegetable dishes I ordered (saag hand pie, cheesy potatoes, beets!!!) all sooo good, every single bite was loaded with flavor, addicting. The Vietnamese meatloaf sandwich was wildly delicious. I don’t do dessert but my partner ordered Maple pie & cardamom caramel soft serve and holyyyyy shit. Every single item we ordered seemed so well thought out, like there’s some serious care and consideration going into everything here. Thanks for the great meal!

And the team working was fantastic. The person working the counter at 5pm yesterday (sorry I didn’t get your name) so funny, so helpful, great introduction to the restaurant.

I’m convinced the staff and management run this operation incredibly well based off of my only two visits.

First time here, I ordered and paid ahead for take out. I ended up getting stuck in line behind a party who didn’t know what to order. A staff member who wasn’t behind the register noticed the line forming behind me, and got me out the door smoothly.

I ordered a Jonah Roll, and a burger, which were both phenomenal. This time during my visit, I managed to beat the rush, in and out. I ordered the same thing and I must say here that I am amazed by the consistency of the food dishes.

The food was delicious, well-presented, and seemingly high quality. Staff is friendly and professional. I am most impressed with my identical orders, one of which was during their busiest time, and the latter during their slowest.

Pretty good in most respects. Tasty food at a reasonable price. Favors a younger clientele. Our daughter loves Daily Op.
I wish their website was more up to date. The Order On-line feature has better information that the menu on the website.
They are now open on Tuesdays, despite not saying so on the website. That’s great, since some of the other restaurants in Easthampton are closed that day. –Chris

Was blown away by the quality of the food we ordered. The desserts even after sitting for 2 hours were still beautiful and so delicious. The burger was better than any 20-25 dollar burger I’ve had, and at 9.99 go here instead if any fast food chain. The roasted asparagus sandwich (cannot remember the actual name) was a perfect vegetarian/ vegan(?) Option that was also fabulous

Grateful that daily op exists. They hit all those luteal phase cravings LOL. One thing though, i wish they had pickles in their burger. Id be there every night if it did. Their desserts are top notch and their cabbage salad is solid, sometimes too much fish sauce but good. Keep it up yall!

I have to say the food there was amazing, the dry age cheeseburger was delicious.
But the real stand out for me. I mean, besides the cheesy crispy potatoes, which are so much better than plain old french fries, are their desserts they have amazing treats definition your meal up with. I’ve tried so many always thinking. Each one was the best and the next one is always just as good!! bravo daily operation

If its after 3pm, you’re hungry, and in the Easthampton area, you NEED to stop here. Daily Op knocks it out of the park with everything they do. I have made the hour and a half drive from my house in CT many times just to eat their food. Food is made with love and the atmosphere there is really chill. The pork dumplings, cheesy potatoes, cast iron broccoli, and dry aged cheeseburger are solid staples you can count on. My standout favorite specialty dishes have been the Crab Rice (will dream of that forever, pic in review) and the V1 Meatloaf Sandwich (no pic, but it had vinegary hoisin glaze, kewpie, cilantro, and pickles…can you tell I miss that sandwich?)
Don’t forget to try a house-made dessert too because they ALSO kill it on those. They can get busy on weekends, so I recommend ordering ahead online for pickup to skip out on lines.

Friendly service, amazing food! One of if not the best burger I’ve ever had, and the cheesy potatoes were still crispy after a 25 minute drive home. The fried broccoli was also a treat — my mother described it as “sinful”. My sister loved her blacked fish sandwich too. The maple pie though, that might have been the craziest tasting dessert I’ve ever had. Had a hard time processing what was going on in my mouth, and I loved it. Highly, highly recommend this spot!
