Ordered for dine in on a Monday afternoon, service was fast.
The almond croissant is sweet, soft, buttery, tasty and filling! Tastes fresh and gets warmed up for customers. I’m also a huge fan of the ham and cheese croissant as it also gets warmed up and is better than the Starbucks ham and cheese.
Portion sizes are generous and prices are reasonable and affordable.

Great Coffee Spot in Bakersfield!
Dagny’s Coffee Company is a gem! I had the Man Black—smooth, bold, and delicious. My wife tried the hazelnut latte and loved it—rich flavor without being too sweet. We shared a slice of coffee cake with our drinks, and it paired perfectly. Cozy atmosphere and great service. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in Bakersfield!

I have always heard good things about Dagny’s, so I met a friend for coffee the other day.
The building is located in a good area with lots of parking, so that was nice.
The food case had me nearly drooling but I wasn’t hungry enough to eat anything – this time!
I’d love to go back to try a latte and a pastry. This time, I ordered a simple chai. The blend wasn’t to my taste, but chai can be tricky so I won’t judge based on that one single drink.
We sat outside and let the world pass us by for a while. The seats are comfortable and the ambiance was nice and quiet. People were chatting away but were polite enough ti keep their voices down. No one seemed to bother anyone else.
Staff were polite and attentive. They engaged with regulars and I could tell why so many people recommend Dagny’s.
There were some windows covered and the building is old, but it was refreshing to be in a successful cafe that didn’t rely on a pretty storefront for business. It was authentic and well loved. I was very happy with my visit.
I will 100% return to try the food, enjoy the laid-back feel, and likely go through a few coffees! I’ll update my review at that time as well.

I needed a cozy place to nest before my train back home. The other places were more for vibey fast moving aesthetics. This felt like a real rest stop. The quiché was delicious and paired it with a fancy tea latte. Tasty Am if you ask me.

This place looks cool and hip, but it tasted mid or bad. I thought the customer service was going to be good since they were nice talking to, but they forgot to make one of my drinks. Waited 6 minutes for my drink they forgot since I had to remind them. My drink I had to wait for was an iced caramel drink and it tasted not so good with no sugar in it. Still an alright place but maybe on an another day.

Well this was my first experience with dangnys and I was just walking back from my church on 17th Street..and I am handicapped from my stroke which left me with incontinence so I hav to wear man diapers…this time I didn’t have my walker of course…I asked to use the bathroom and they said I must order something first…so I did of course the espresso frap was not as good as I expected..then after ordering my drink I was then allowed to use the bathroom…the bathroom is way small and as I sat there on the toilet I could read what everyone has writing since 2023… And had i had my walker I wouldn’t have been able to even get inside…..but oh well I needed to use the bathroom and tats what I did .I didn’t look homeless because I had a 200 dollar silver chain around my neck and a 150 dollar titanium bracelet as well as 50 man bag around my shoulder…but ater I was given the address for my taxi driver to pick me up…I went back in a gave them a 5 dollar tip and said thank u for ur generosity..I would have given a 20..but their customer service was not so favored…
