Among the best pho in Utah valley for sure, if not the best. The broth here is a little more heavily spiced than some other local places, so if you like the more anise-y or sweeter aspects of pho broth this one will likely suit you. The beef rib bone is a cool touch, and is tasty, if a bit hard to eat with chopsticks. I’d rather they had tripe and tendon options rather than just the rib, meatballs, and brisket options, but I understand why they don’t. I also feel like the price is pretty high ($19 a bowl in late 2025) for the amount of broth and basil/toppings you get. And I would like to see some mint or coriander/cilantro added. But maybe local people don’t often eat the herbs properly and they just go to waste. However, they don’t skimp on the noodles or the meat, and the presentation is beautiful in a nice decorated glass bowl, and the overall experience is extremely satisfying. The meatballs were noteworthy and delicious, with a savory, garlicky flavor. I considered going with 4 stars due to the higher price but it’s very solid pho so good job!

This was BY FAR the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Utah! I got pho and the strawberry açaí drink. The service was amazing. I was sat at a table as soon as I walked in. The servers were attentive and the food was flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

Love this place. Service was excellent. Ambiance was super modern. The beef broth was delicious and so good I came back 2x., 2 nights in a row to have it. Also instead of 2, they gave me 3 beef bones and so tender it fell off the bone. So good I highly recommend. The mango and cucumber drink was amazing and refreshing during a 100 degree weather outside. The bang bang shrimp a must order. So good. I highly recommend.
Cheers!

Clean and simple restaurant with an easy menu. We didn’t get the pho this time but will be back to try it.
We got the Bahn Mi Grilled Pork and Vermicelli Noodle with Grilled Pork and Eggroll. The Bahn Mi was great for not using a typical pate spread. The flavors were rockin. The only downside is that it was a little pricier than other Bahn Mi places nearby ($8). The Vermicelli Noodle dish has most of the same flavors as the Bahn Mi, but seemed to be a bit more muted/less flavorful.
Overall, the Bahn Mi would be my recommendation as of now until I try the pho at a later time.

Recommend their vermicelli noodle with grilled pork and eggroll. I love the eggroll, the flavor surprised me. I’ve never had such a meaty eggroll before. Their pho is great too, besides the meat portion seem smaller compared to the vermicelli. Tho, the beef in the pho tasted like the better quality ones. This is a good place to visit if you’re located around Pleasant Grove.

Nice little sit down spot and the food was very filling. The pho combination was so good, and can’t go wrong with the vermicelli noodles with pork.
The cucumber beverage was so refreshing as well! Will definitely come back
The server was awesome, he was alone and got our food in a timely manner.

Easy parking and great food! The garlic shrimp noodles were especially good! Excellent service but atmosphere is lacking. We plan to go again.

Wow. Just wow. I’m extremely picky with restaurants. In 13 years, only 2 restaurants in Utah have gotten a 5/5 from me on the food taste. Da Pho is my third. The brisket pho was an explosion of all kinds of flavors in my mouth. The spring rolls are to die for. Even the Diet Coke was extra fizzy.

Arrived before the dinner rush and so we got seated and served pretty quickly which was great. Overall I thought it was just an OK experience but most likely wont be back.
We got two Brisket Pho and there were probably only about three pieces of meat in each bowl, but there were A LOT of noodles which was nice. The broth was beef based and flavorful, but it would have bee nice if there were different spice levels or sauces included on the table. This would be a nice restaurant for the locals since it seems catered for that taste, but I wouldn’t consider this authentic Vietnamese.

Stopped by after finishing a delivery route on a cold day and the brisket pho was perfect. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the brisket was very tender. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely a great spot for a warm and comforting meal in Pleasant Grove. I’ll be back!
