This is one of the worst CFAs I’ve been to. They consistently forget to add the requested condiments to the bag when ordered, consistently provide the wrong food item in the bag. Additionally, in the mornings they do not adequately staff the drive through and the drive through line backs up into the street. There are 2 drive through lanes, and only 1 is used. As a Signature Member that has been to Chickfilas across the country, this one is certainly the most poorly managed location.

My daughter (and myself) LOVES this place. She always gets the grilled nuggets, and today that’s what she got. She was super satisfied, so much so that I couldn’t get a photo before she ate it all!!! I had the spicy deluxe. DELICIOUS as always. Lemonade is perfectly impeccable! Fries were magnificent as usual! Lovely people working! Even during the downpour!

This is normally a good location but stopping by for lunch today me and my pregnant girlfriend got a chicken sandwich each in her second bite she looked at the chicken and found hair sticking out of the chicken and mixed in with the breading. Completely unsanitary and disgusting.

As per usual, this chick fil a was fast, friendly and the food amazing! I would expect nothing less. This is the only chain restaurant that is almost guaranteed to have good food and excellent service. All the others are hot and miss!

I ate hear with a group of 37 people on a tour bus. The director called ahead to let them know we were on our way.
The staff greeted us as we entered and began taking orders. They were all so friendly and well organized. They got all of our orders right and brought the food to our tables.
We were in and out of there in 45 minutes,
What an amazing job this team did.
All other fast food restaurants could take lessons on how to be this efficient.
The manager and his team deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer service.
Also, I don’t know why, but the chicken sandwich tasted better than any that I have ever had at any Chick Fil A !

Was treated badly. The lady who took my order, never said my pleasure. They need people that treated me good was Fraser and Charlene bathrooms were clean, but they made the employees do it. They should get a contractor to do that. It’s not safe. I will be reporting this to the health department. There was A piece of hair in my food . I miss the old Owner Margaret, this place has gone downhill since Mr. West has taken over

Since Margaret sold it, it no longer has the quality of service it once had. The drive thru is very slow, and I truly wish they had a mobile order only lane like the Jefferson location. I’ve also had several negative interactions with a younger male manager that have left me wondering how he got promoted. It use to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot but it no longer holds that title just due to the lack of service.

I had an issue with a mobile order where it went through the system multiple times, before I even noticed it Sarah the team leader called me for verification on this and when I told her I didn’t place the order she immediately started working on fixing it for me and when I came in she was very kind and apologetic helping me resolve the technology issue quickly and effectively.

Went today to get a gallon of tea and first they tried to charge me $14 for the gallon then I said nope that’s not right so then they said they were having issues so no gallons today. Absolutely ridiculous this isn’t the first time this location has done this
