In the 90s I used to stop in a little grocery store in Louisville Ky that had an an absolutely awesome Cuban sandwich. I never knew it would take me this many years to find a place that made one as delicious as theirs. I found it today. I have eaten countless sandwiches that were cuban in name only. The smoked pork, the bread , the pickle… it was all perfect! The kitchen is spotless and service is excellent. I am already planning my next visit.
