I paid to get my 2 calzones hooked up, and not only did they not get hooked up but they didn’t even get the normal butter over the top that they do at the end. I got 2 dry calzones that are unbearable to eat without the side dipping sauce due to the employees being lazy and not doing there job properly. Thank you.

Had an order issue due to delivery service being through DoorDash. Food was cold as ice because I put in the special instructions to text me when they pulled up but that didnt happen. Called the store and spoke with the manager Liam and he was so kind and understanding. He was able to fix the issue and took responsibility for a problem that wasnt even his. I highly recommend this establishment jus because the manager went above and beyond for me!

Cookies were burnt but still raw inside. Received a cheese bread that we didn’t order and that was burnt to a crisp. Calzones were undercooked.

The guy with the Avenged Sevenfold beanie and beard (?) slammed our food down and was a total jerk for no reason. I sincerely hope he wakes up with a better attitude one day, because I work two jobs and NEVER make my bad day every customer’s problem. Absolutely disgusting service, I can’t believe him. Please do something about him before he either hurts someone or gets in a fight with a customer more easy-going than me. I was shocked.

I’ve eaten at the DP Doughs in Denver, delicious! This location, was not that good. The dough was flavorless and blan. The veggies and pepperonis in the calzon were raw, barely any cheese. Worst of all the marinara sauce, tasted like cheap can stuff.

Never ordering delivery from this place again. I placed my order, and was told in the confirmation email that it would be 45 minutes from placing the order to it getting delivered. 10 minutes passed from the time it was told and it wasn’t delivered, so I called the store and was told my order wasn’t made and put in on time, and that it should be delivered within the next 15-20 minutes. The actual delivery took 35 minutes after that call. The final delivery time was 75 minutes after my order was placed. And my food was cold AND my drink was missing. Never ordering delivery from them again, and I don’t recommend you do either as of 11:53pm on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025.
