Had a great experience here last night! The food was awesome, but the young gentleman that helped me at the counter made my brief stop a great one. He was friendly, and made sauce recommendations based on my calzone choice. And I’m glad he did because it hiiit the spot. Thanks so much!

This place , I drove like 20 min got there @ 3:53 am TODAY . I do understand that it was closing @ 4am I came in seen a short caucasian man at the corner I wanted to place the order. He told me one minute let me see if they’re still taking orders. I said OK. He went back there and he said that they’re not taking orders. I said why he said because they’re about to close I said, can you speak to a manager or someone in charge? He went back there got a heavyset Caucasian lady and she said she wasn’t taking any more orders cause they were about to close so I’ll let her know I understand I are about to close. Can I please just place my order because online technically I will still be able to place my order right now. I’ll just place it through that if I need to she took my order I paid I said thank you. She said I don’t have to be nice to you say some words went back there to make my order. I asked the African-American guy what was her name so I can put it or let the manager know he said he didn’t know her name he just started working there. These people are disrespectful and a customer service suck. Yes I got my food in my calzone was OK. Customer service sucks and nasty attitude. I don’t know how this place stay in business with the lady that works there. She’s horrible. It has a nasty attitude.

My husband and I grabbed a late-night snack from D.P. Dough in the Short North after a fun evening at the arcade, and we were blown away! The Zetti Rolls were absolutely delicious—nice and fresh, and paired perfectly with the marinara sauce. We also got the D.P. Dunkers, which were piping hot and the perfect sweet and spicy treat to end the night. Even though there’s no seating available, taking the food home was totally worth it. Everything was still warm and tasty by the time we got home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a satisfying late-night bite!

The calzones are pretty good, but for some reason D.P. Dough microwaves their tater tots as opposed to frying (please do this) or at least baking them with some oil, so they are absolutely disgusting. The dessert items are all made with the same dough as the calzones unaltered, so they aren’t very dessert-y and it just feels like eating more calzone. The cookies are dreadful.

So I order very frequently here (usually through DoorDash (Reygen C.) and I just want to say every time I order the food it is so fresh and hot, the taste is amazing, and I even had to call tonight about an order and the woman who answered the phone was absolutely outstanding in her hospitality, she was so lovely to speak with. I just want to say Thank you guys for everything you do and the awesome food. <3

This place is fantastic. The calzones are over the top. They have lots of cheese and the taste ia phenomenal. We had the 3 cheese, Boomer, and apple canzone. I would recommend trying it at least once. They made them from scratch as well.

I watched the cashier unable to do math and ask for assistance from a coworker who also couldn’t do the math. The customer they were helping told them the correct math and the employee that came to help them went off on the customer and walked away cussing and yelling about why they were bothered to come help if the customer already knew the math. A manager came up to see what was going on but did nothing as that employee came back up front to then get into it with me because I was talking to the manager about what had happened. Calling me mans and telling me to mind my own business. The manage still did nothing and we left without even ordering. Customer service is not only not a priority, it’s non existent.

They always mess up my DoorDash order, I took a long break from ordering and I decided to give them a chance today and of course the forgot my Garlic Butter and they did not “Hook it up” like I ordered it, they dont fail to disappoint. It sucks because I love the food when it’s made right…

I had made an online order at 1:23. Usually I am hesitant to order late night food in the first place but I always trust DP Dough, right? Nah. My food is gone. Called the worker after an hour said they were having DoorDash deliver. It is now 3 hours later on the dot and I don’t know what to do. I just need my money back or some free food. I love this place but if that’s really how I got treated when i ordered id be very disappointed if i never got my food…

I love grabbing calzones from here. It’s definitely a guilty pleasure. I’m on the other side of town and still love to go here. Parking is scarce for the area and the inside was not as lively as it was last time. No where to sit this time and just very quiet. Would recommend grabbing and going for the time being.
