This is my number one place in Cedar Rapids. I never have a second thought when I come here because I know everything will be amazing. There’s no risk and so much flavor every time.
First, the interior design and seasonal decorations are no joke. They do an incredible job all the time. Second, the food, of course. If I’m here for breakfast, the Chicken Kiev Eggs Benedict is my favorite, and any of the shakes they have make the perfect complement.
Since I love the Czech Republic and its culture, the goulash and dumplings are a must for me, and they do not disappoint. The meat is incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce tastes obviously homemade. Absolutely amazing!
There are still so many options on the menu I’m looking forward to trying. Thank you for having such an amazing place!

First timers here and we’re so glad we tried it! The atmosphere is fun, with a great bar and plenty of tables, although we saw how quickly the place fills up. Our server was friendly and efficient and my salmon BLT was so good. I didn’t expect it to not be good, it just surprised me with the awesome flavor. Great values here and I know it’s popular so we will definitely need to stop back in for brunch next time we’re here!

First time for brunch at CTS. The food was amazing; best Crab cake Eggs Benny I’ve had in a long time. The tater tots were perfectly cooked and the ranch was delicious! We had plenty of food leftover to take home.
The only downside was the service time due to a very large group of diners that arrived before us. The group was incredibly loud which made any discussion at our own table very difficult to hear.
We would go back!

Met friends here and we’re impressed with the service and food. And being in an old bank building makes it an interesting spot.

This place was so unexpected! I randomly found Czech Town Station through a Google search and decided to check them out. Their flights intrigued me. The atmosphere and service were amazing. Our waitress was making all the drinks and had a large section and still was timely and friendly. We got the blended mimosa flight and I liked most of them. Some were definitely water down, but still highly suggest. The mango, strawberry lemonade and prickly pear are all top notch options. They have a whole menu with just flights so makes for a fun and exciting experience! Next time I want to try their White Russian flights, but they have a Bloody Mary flight, Benedict and other types of flights as well. The food is incredible and filling! The chicken and waffles was definitely the BEST thing I had today. Our gravy was good, but not as good as the chicken and waffles. Overall, great experience and will be happy to go back.

At first glance I was skeptical if this place could live up to its menu. It did not disappoint to say the least and I will be back. I’ve been there twice and had breakfast skillets both times. Once Charizo and once chicken fried steak. Both were great. My workmate had a flight of eggs Benedict and said they were perfect.

The breakfast was really good. I have eaten here a few times and it’s always good no matter the time of day. I don’t drink, but our friends always like the drink options available. Sometimes it feels like they are a little short staffed, they work very hard to cover all of the tables and turn them over. I will keep coming back regardless.

Been here twice in the last month. If you can get service the drinks and food are good. Staff just run around oblivious to customers waiting at the bar for a drink while they have their typical 30 min wait to get in. Staff is rude and unapologetic about service levels. This place must not have any management or systems. It could be good but needs a lot of operational help.

Upon entry they were clearly busy and we expected to wait. We were a group of three. There was another group of three in front of us and a group of five came in behind us. We all stood in the entrance for between twenty and thirty minutes before staff even acknowledged us. They didn’t take our names, they didn’t even say hello.
After about thirty minutes they took all of our names and then immediately sat us in the multiple open tables. This seemed unusual as to why they didn’t fill the tables as they came open. It was also unusual to take our names after we had waited and they were just going to immediately seat us.
The atmosphere was fun. The restaurant was decorated for Valentine’s Day. We ordered an alcohol hot chocolate that was delicious. It took twenty minutes to get our drinks.
We ordered goulash, a grilled cheese, and a Philly. The goulash had clearly just been microwaved as it had some warm spots and some cold spots. The Philly was dry and flavorless. The grilled cheese tasted burnt. However the food did come in a reasonable time, but none of us enjoyed what we had ordered.
The waitress was pleasant but seemed completely overwhelmed and had to be reminded to bring us our drinks. It seemed that maybe she hadn’t showered that morning either…
When we read the reviews and saw the menu we were optimistic, but we were really let down. We probably won’t be returning.

This place is all over Sunday Funday like a fat kid on cake. Huge selection of beer on draft, several variations of bloody Mary’s, mimosas and coffee drinks.
The food is fantastic! my wife had the chicken and waffles, I had the chicken and biscuits. Huge portions, we should have split…
Staff is incredibly friendly and provides fast quality service.
