We came for the soft opening with my partner and it was absolutely delicious so we came back tonight and brought some friends with us. We all absolutely loved it again, food quality was amazing and staff were lovely and very helpful! Definitely will be back, a great new place for food in Stortford!

Im so happy to have a vietnamese restaurant open locally. We went for lunch today and had summer rolls for starters and lemongrass vermicelli for the main. The food did jot disappoint. Lovely flavours and fresh ingredients, exactly what you’d exoect from a good vietnamese watery. We will definitely be back to try to coconut curry

I was really disappointed by what I saw during my visit. The food was fine, but it was hard to enjoy my meal knowing how poorly the staff seemed to be treated. The atmosphere felt tense, and it was clear the employees were under a lot of stress. Respecting and supporting staff is just as important as serving good food — unfortunately, this place fell short on that front. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and creates a better work environment for their team.

The food service was satisfactory but not exceptional. Some items that were ordered were forgotten. The food was acceptable; however, it was overpriced at £95.00 for shared starters and two main courses. One of the mains was Pho soup, which I requested to be spicy; a few chillies were added, and sriracha was placed on the table.
I felt somewhat disappointed, as I described my experience as ‘nice,’ not ‘great.’
Additionally, I believe there are better options available in BS regarding food, especially if one enjoys Asian cuisine.
