I first came 16 months ago, and have spent the last 16 months planning a trip back to Miami just to eat here again. It is that good. My hands down favorite restaurant.
The ambiance is stunning, the food is unreal, and the service? Impeccable. Maria was absolutely stellar. But! Huge shoutout to Nico, the manager — constantly on the floor, fist-bumping staff, running trays, checking on guests, and hyping his team. As someone who oversees managers myself, I can confidently say: top-notch leadership. They are BEYOND lucky to have him.
10/10. Would cross the country to eat here again.
We recommend!
The standout of the night, though, was our waitress Adriana. Her service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down, and her recommendations were spot‑on. We actually came back just for her, and she delivered another flawless experience. Her recommendations are always spot on!
And the sushi bombs? Absolute heaven. Easily one of the best bites in Miami Beach — rich, fresh, and unforgettable.
If you’re in South Beach and want incredible food paired with top‑tier service, Cvi.che is a must. Ask for Adriana — she’ll make your night.
We ate here today and had an excellent meal. The fish was incredibly fresh, the lobster perfectly prepared, and the pulpo absolutely delicious. Paired with great sangria, everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done.
The service truly elevated the experience – our waiter George was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. You really feel welcomed and well taken care of.
If you’re in South Beach and looking for high-quality seafood, great flavors, and wonderful service, CVI.CHE 105 is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!
For a dinner drink, Adriana recommended an amazing Pisco Sour which reminded me of a whiskey sour. It was so good. Refreshing with a lime twist flavor.
We tried two appetizers, each one attracting my husband’s and my own very different palate preferences. We both raved about the flavors or our choices and thanked Adriana for her attentiveness to our specific likes!
We ordered an entree, but after enjoying our appetizers, we were almost full! We were amazed how large the appetizer portions were! We finished more than half of the entree and were pleasantly stuffed, saying that possibly sharinf a third appetizer could have been the perfect amount of food.
My desire was to try reduction flavors coupled with the fresh seasfood. I love the light citrus flavors. Adiana’s recommendation was spot on! My appetizer was the Tiradito Apasionado. It was a beautiful blend of lime citrus flavor with the sweet cucumber, peruvian spices, a kick of heat all filling a shallow plate of 8-10 slices (not shaved) fresh salmon. The crunchy Andrean bites completed the citrusy, fresh salmon with a bit of crunch. Perfect combination of flavors, textures and presentation!
My husband’s choice was catered towards his desire for meat and potatos. He had the Anticucho La Saque Del Estadio. This was shaved beed filet, bacon layered in a loaf, sitting a gorgeous blend of flavors from purple corn reduction and blue cheese aioli! Tender, flavorful meat. It was accompanied with potato cubes and onion. Very filling and full of flavor.
Our entree was Pargo Entero, a beautiful presentation of a snapper curled around a mounding pile of a creole flavored bisque of fresh seafood and fried red snapper bites. Delicious!
My husband thoroughly enjoyed some fresh fried plaintains. Perfect!
If you wish to try a lively atmosphere, not on the beach, but filled with enthusiasm for flavors not found in a supermarket that will kick on each taste bud in your mouth, then I highly recommend Ceviche 105 in Miami. Come try new foods, learn and live life!
And ask for Adriana!
