My lunch group of 6-9 guys which meet weekly have been coming here regularly. Why we put up with the rude owner I have no idea. On this latest visit it was the last straw. The first 4 arrived and in formed him there would be 6 of us. So he sat up to 2 tables together to seat them. Within minutes 4 more showed up so we pulled the small empty tables available beside us to accommodate everyone. Well, al hell broke lose by the owner who came running over and started yelling at us as why we touched his table and he’s the only one who decides where people sit. We explained there were more of us and to calm down. He said this is my place and “I’m not going to serve you”. No problem we said and left. Went to the restaurant next door, on their patio, had a great lunch with wonderful service. Actually liked it so well, we made reservations with our wives for dinner. All I can say it’s Cut 38’s loss. The owner needs a lesson in customer service and retention. His loss.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.
We had dinner at this restaurant three times in the evening with 6 adults and 2 children, without any problems whatsoever. Other guests with children were also present.
However, yesterday we were denied entry and told that children are not allowed in the evening. This “rule” was never mentioned before, is not clearly displayed anywhere, and is applied selectively and inconsistently.
What made the situation even worse was the openly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior of the waiter. Instead of explaining anything politely, he spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner, making us feel unwelcome and embarrassed in front of others.
This is not how a reputable restaurant should treat its guests. If you have policies regarding children, they must be clearly communicated and enforced consistently — not used as an excuse to treat customers poorly.
We will never return and do not recommend this place to families or anyone who expects basic respect and decent service.
Shame on you!

I am very upset. We are regular customers and live across the street and used to visit this place very often. The situation: we had a table and we waited about 30 minutes until they brought us menus. We also waited another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. There were a lot of people and none of the staff offered us anything or paid any attention to us. We are regular customers (again). Later, an older man (possibly the manager) approached us and asked us to leave the establishment because they did not have time to serve us or they were tired. It was very rude and inappropriate. I have never seen anything like this! It is a great pity, but we will not go there again and I will not recommend it to our friends either. It was very rude, offensive and disrespectful!!! Please treat your customers with respect, especially if they are your neighbors. Very upset

You’d think a steak house will know how to make steaks ? First of all they took forever to make my steak, and then turns out they cooked the wrong cut. Ok fine , mistakes happen. Then they finally bring my steak which tasted like it was BOILED and then seared a little bit. Let our waiter know he said yes this doesn’t look right. Takes it back to the kitchen and comes to me with THE SAME steak that was slapped on the grill eventually. It felt deceitful, lazy and absolutely incompetent. With their ridiculous prices and high end restaurant image they’re trying to be this is unacceptable. Your paying customers shouldn’t leave hungry. Absolutely embarassing. P.s I was there with a little baby in the evening

First of I would like to start by saying the restaurant has an amazing deal during the weekday 1-3pm, it’s half price. And everything in the menu is absolutely incredible.
Must have their burger!!! Best I’ve ever tasted. And our server was super witty and pleasant. Mark is just an amazing person. Thank you Mark!!! For making our experience more enjoyable.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks, an appetizer, and eventually dinner. Despite the place not being very busy, it took about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After finishing our first drinks, we waited another 20 minutes with empty glasses, trying to order another round.
When dinner finally arrived, my guest’s meal was incorrect. The bartender took it back with an attitude, and it was returned clearly rushed—just thrown on the grill and still undercooked. My guest couldn’t eat it because the meat was raw. When we tried to express our concerns, the bartender didn’t seem interested in listening.
I also had to ask three separate times just to get a glass of water. When we later asked for two more waters, she practically tossed them at us—no ice, and the water was hot. Completely unacceptable.
