Ordered meat for a party to be picked up at noon drove 45 minutes to pick up and it wasn’t ready went back at 3 still not ready and was told they would be their 8-4 Saturday and it would be ready not to mention the lady working was very rude the entire process but i drove back up and they were closed at 10am when I arrived. What a joke

I called and ordered a smoked turkey two weeks before Thanksgiving. Provided my name and phone number with my order. When I called the day before Thanksgiving and inquired about pick up time, they told me they couldn’t locate my order. This created a challenge as we had family in town and had to scramble to find a less than desirable second option. They only offered a ‘sorry’ and not any type of resolution to what their error (phone records to prove my order). A very disappointing experience.
