Small town “mom & pop” diners provide some of the best places to eat. The white gravy was brownish as if it were old or scorched. Didn’t look overly appealing. The taste was SPOT ON, no odd or ill flavors. You can’t always judge the book by it’s cover. Nice cozy, quiet place to eat. My wife added a side salad and they didn’t charge her for it. (I sincerely hope, saying that doesn’t get anyone in trouble. I figured it was the smaller town hospitality.) I would certainly eat there again.

I was going to leave a cash tip till I seen on the receipt that they charge a leverage fee whatever that is and took $15 for a holding fee. No place has ever held that much. The French toast was deep fat fried so my kid didn’t eat it the rest of it wasn’t that great. The people acted like they didn’t want us there and watched and whispered and made it obvious they were talking about us. Just weird vibes. Will not return.

This is our 2nd time here. Food has been very good with nice portions and a willingness to customize ingredients. Its quiet and older because it’s a small town café. You get your retired couples doing brunch and your blur collar guys stocking up on nice full lunches. The atmosphere is baseball and sports but not a sports “bar”. Familyfriedly but not Mc whomevers. Clean but not pretentious. This is a regular stop for us now.

Took an hour to serve two blueberry pancakes. When they brought it, they were regular then they took it back sprinkled some blueberries and gave it back. Also 3$ for small orange juice

This is quite a nice location to stop at. We had the breakfast. Everyone was well pleased. Definitely would come back to try the burgers at lunch.

Biscuits and gravy were decent at best. Hashbrowns were disappointing. I would absolutely avoid the omelettes/eggs, painfully under seasoned and bland. The whole milk was good at least. This place seems great if you’re over 60 though.

Our waitress, Hannah is awesome! And the cook puts his own unique Flare on southern comfort food that makes them Stand Out above the crowd. The atmosphere is laid-back with a sports theme.

Second time here, first was great but second… awful and won’t be coming back, over med eggs -all were over hard. Who was our server? I have no idea… Coffee refill, yah right. DO NOT ever drink the WATER HERE, as leaving we watched a server pour USED water back into the pitcher that serves people fresh water burnt pancakes too!

I ordered the breakfast mix of hashbrowns onions sausage peppers. I also ordered a side of gravy and 2 over medium eggs. My eggs were hard and looked scrambled. The pirates were a little undercooked. Everything else was great and the size of it was fantastic. I don’t like hard eggs or undercooked potatoes so that part was disappointing
