Pulled up to the food cart and i felt my heart flutter. The seating itself, simply, was adorable, fun little lights keeping the area lit up and beautiful, and the area was covered in the rain. The menu was bright and clear and the person inside answered every question asked without any judgement. Food was bought, and after a short period of daydreaming about the food connected to the luxurious smells drifting he pops out to say our snack was ready. Samosas! Two for each of my family. We got to eat those while the food finished and before i even ate one samosa it was ready, we took food to go. We got home and enjoyed our spoils, sitting in silence between vivid descriptions of the vibrant flavors and smooth textures. I tried to eat only a little but I’m still so full I’m ready to burst, and the containers of food look like we didn’t touch them. We used one rice and have already discussed drinking the sauce. I’ve already scheduled a date with my girlfriend there. “Think of us when you’re hungry” is a fantastic slogan, and the owner should look into becoming a psychic the way this food will be haunting my thoughts like dew on grass.

My first time trying Indian food, and this place does not disappoint. The chicken masala was super flavorful, combining that with the garlic naan *chef kiss*. Totally recommend this food truck as a must try!

Excellent food cart. Flavorful, nicely cooked food with clearly homemade Naan and Samosas – that’s hard to find. The Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent, flavorful, and made with Almonds instead of Cashews (preferable for allergies). The Chicken 65 was great – the dry kind, which I prefer to the wet kind (personal preference I’m sure). This cart is so close to Apna Chaat Bhavan, I expect it gets passed over a bit. If it were in or closer to Portland I have a feeling it would be much busier! Will definitely be back, can’t wait to try more stuff. The owner was nice as well.

This is hands down the best food I have had. We got three different dishes and every single one was so good it made my brain tingle. This will be the only place we go for Indian food for now on. The malai kofta is an experience in and of itself. We also got the butter chicken and the chettinad chicken all 10/10. He was also super friendly and helpful and gave us some complimentary samosas while we waited also 10/10

The food was so good! We got the Lamb fry and tikki missala and it was insanely delicious. We also got a side of the garlic naan which was warm and fresh! The food was ready so quickly and the man working was so kind- gave us plates and utensils since we were using the picnic tables to eat right outside there. Definitely coming back:)

As a parent of a picky eater, I was intrigued by how much my son raved about this Indian food truck. so I decided to try it for myself—and I was not disappointed. The quality of the food was exceptional, with vibrant and authentic flavors that truly stood out. Prices were reasonable, the location convenient with ample parking, and the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, this is some of the best Indian cuisine I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking top notch Indian cuisine.

Ok, real, quality Indian food. I had some of the most sumptuous, layered, and complex flavors at an Indian resto in SF and for awhile reminded myself that nowhere in Portland could contend. But biting into the chapati and sipping the mango lassi with spices like cardamom, I’m convinced that this Curry On is the real deal. Ordering Indian food — and please order directly from the website, Doordash takes almost half — here exclusively for awhile, until other Indian places get up to par!

By far my favorite Indian food in town. Quick, easy and the food is epic every time!
My go-to’s are:
Butter chicken
Chicken tikka masala
Malai kofta
Palak Paneer
Veggie Samosa
If you order through their website they even have a points system, so you can get free samosa or even butter chicken if you’re disciplined enough to save your points up hahaha.
Owner is really friendly too. Really love this place.

I got the Paneer Butter Masala and Garlic Naan. The Paneer Butter Masala was tasty, decent portion but there was a lot of coloring involved in the cooking process. So much that my fingers were orange for a while after eating. Garlic Naan too was not much of a portion. Almost like half to 3/4 of a Naan you’d get at a restaurant. The price of both the items were on the higher side. Not sure I’ll go back here anytime soon.

Ordered veg biriyani. Rice to vegetable ratio was 10:1 and vegetables were the frozen mixed vegetables. It is $17. I tried this place three times and food was bad all three times. Let me tell you about their samosa – it’s also frozen, he did not even bother to hide the box they come in. There are better and cheaper Indian restaurants in the area. This is right outside my apartments so I tried it more than I should have.
Edit: each time I had to request to add vegetables to vegetable biriyani but i still mostly got rice. i don’t want to pay $18 and eat rice with spices and few pieces of frozen veggies or frozen samosa. I understand costs are rising and the owner has increased prices to make up for it, which is fair. So I expect quality of the food to be good.
