Delicious and unique fare. Curry bowl has some dishes that I have not seen elsewhere in the area and I’m grateful for something different. They have a TON of vegetarian options and some traditional favorites like garlic naan, pakora and samosas. My wife and I really appreciated the Chana Masala vegetarian tacos and enjoyed the unique flavor of the masala onion rings as well. I only rated 4 stars because both times we have visited our order was missing items or had incorrect items. Both times they were very gracious about fixing the error but it was pretty inconvenient for us on both occasions. I hope they can get their service / order issues figured out because the food is absolutely delicious.

Been here a few times now and the food is so flavorful and delicious! Do yourself a favor and get the garlic naan bread. I got a chicken tiki masala bowl with the spicy sauce and it was amazing. I will for sure be getting it again. My mom got the chicken fried rice, which was also a big hit.

Very delicious! We loved the lunch specials. My hubs got chicken Tiki masala with rice and chicken pekora and I got the butter chicken with naan, onion samosa, and dessert rice. The butter chicken was a tiny bit spicy for me, I will probably request mild next time. But my hubs absolutely adored it -we’re so happy to have a delish Indian take-away that’s close! I also had the chai tea and it was creamy and delish!

Popped in to Curry Bowl today to check out the new resteraunt in town. I’ve had Indian food at my work through some of the weddings we’ve catered too. I have to say the flavor, textures, and colors are great. Plenty of sauce, rice, and seasonings for me with the option of adding spice to larger portions when I want to go in for some actual spice. I have to say the owner and chef there are extremely nice and walked me through how the meals worked at their place. Definitely will be trying other dishes in the future and exploring with more interest in Indian food especially since its so close to me!

I’ve been coming here for a few months and have generally enjoyed it. One thing that’s stood out to me as a customer is that a large freezer with many menu items is visible near the front. When it’s uncovered, it gives me the impression that much of the food is pre-prepared and reheated, which affects how I personally perceive the value, regardless of how the kitchen actually operates. On its own, that wouldn’t be a deal-breaker, but my usual order has increased from about $12 to $17 in the past month, and at that price point the experience no longer feels aligned for me. I’m sharing this purely as customer feedback based on my experience.

The food is delicious! Some kinks still being worked out but a good spot I would revisit. I had the butter chicken, plain naan and seasoned rice. We’ve also tried their carrot halwa and rice pudding: delicious !

The garlic naan bread I ordered was all mostly burnt, and it almost looked like the worker there tried ripping burnt pieces of bread off the naan before giving it to me to make it look less burnt. I also got the 8oz Butter Chicken entree, which had like 3 pieces of chicken only. They also don’t give you any basmati rice with the chicken entrees like almost every other indian restaurant does. The sauce was good, though. Overall, I felt like the portions were small, and the food was a bit overcooked. (EDIT: Went back, and they gave me new bread and even gave me rice aswell. They also gave me a free desert. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I am much happier now after getting that mostly resolved)

I always eat at Spice of India and it never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful and the chef is absolutely amazing — you can tell he’s a true professional at cooking. The staff are always warm and welcoming, making it my go-to spot whenever I’m craving good Indian food. Highly recommend!

The chicken vindaloo was excellent, as was the naan. Just the right amount of spice. Portion size was appropriate for the price. I didn’t care for the chai, but everything else was excellent.

$50/lb of chicken is expensive but great flavor!
We ordered 3 full 16oz chicken tikka masala entrees for take out. All 3 entrees seemed light on chicken – so I weighed the chicken only portion for a full 16oz entree and found 5.3 ounces. That’s ~1/3 of the total 16oz serving. That comes to paying $50/lb if only considering the chicken portion. Would love to see them increase the chicken portion- (the rice portion should also be increased)- most likely this was a mistake and they accidently provided the 8oz portion of chicken for the larger 16oz entree
I couldn’t give only 1 star because the flavor is still great and I think it might have been a mistake – we’ll be back to try again
See Dan’s review below- hopefully they address this
