This restaurant is next to Harkins theatre on Scottsdale 101. Tried paneer biryani and I am glad that someone finally paid attention to a special request. Biryani was one of the best I have tried in the valley. They are very underrated now that I compare with other Indian restaurants. Flavor, spice levels are good. Decent quantity. They made sure to add more paneer as per request. Order was ready by the time I went for pickup. Restaurant was clean but plates on some tables weren’t cleared. Plenty of parking. They seriously need to promote their business with some offers as they have very good potential.

Food was so good and I ate it so fast, I forgot to take pictures! We got the chicken kebab, butter chicken, garlic naan, mango lassi, and some desserts and everything was absolutely delicious. The spice level on the butter chicken was perfectly spicy, the chicken kebab was packed with flavor, and the mango lassi was the perfect sweet calming drink. Am definitely coming back here the next time I’m craving delicious Indian food.

If you’re looking for truly authentic Hyderabadi and South Indian flavors in Phoenix, this place is unbeatable. Chef Venu crafts every dish with a level of flavor, balance, and authenticity that you simply cannot find elsewhere — and the best part, the food is clean, non-bloating, and incredibly satisfying.
The specials are a knockout:
• Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani — fragrant, spicy, perfect texture.
• Ghee Roast Mutton Biryani — rich, buttery, and unbelievably flavorful.
• Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani — tender meat and classic Hyderabadi aroma.
• Gongura Biryani & Gongura Paneer — tangy, unique, and a must for anyone who loves bold flavors.
• A variety of curries & crispy dosas, made exactly the way they should be.
• Gulab Jamoon — warm, soft, and the perfect finish to the meal.
Must-trys:
– Boneless chicken biryani
– Anything gongura
– All mutton dishes
– Onion dosa (crispy, flavorful, addictive)
The staff is extremely friendly, and the service makes the experience even better. This is hands down the best Indian restaurant in Phoenix for authentic Hyderabadi and South Indian food.
If you want real flavors, generous portions, and a meal that leaves you satisfied without feeling heavy, this is the place.

I hate to give bad review to anyone but this is unreal. 1. The cook and the server both eat behind the counter and without washing hands they continue to cook. We are the only customers so they are not even busy.
2. At a Biryani point one would expect decent biryani – this was not just poor it was bad.
3. The babycorn 65 had so much oil we had to wring oil out of them and we left it uneaten.
4. Dosa was decent and peanut chutney was the only good thing.
Sorry to say I wouldn’t visit it if someone pays me a hundred thousand dollars.
I want to quickly forget my bad experience.

I went to this place with my friends to dine in . We asked the girl who works there to recommend something . She gave us good suggestions and it was nice talking to her. Her is service is so good . We ordered puloa and other curries . I would say best food in Phoenix . After eating we had a small talk with the chef. He is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for sure. Best experience

A small place, but had plenty of seating and really good food! Even though I thought it took a little longer than other places to get our food, it smelled and looked like it was cooked freshly, with care! Their Naan was a little on the thin side, but was still very good to scoop up curry!

Just came her for the first time and it’s hands-down the best authentic south Indian restaurant in Pheonix. Each dish has it’s own unique flavor and tastes exactly how it tastes in India! We live in Sedona, but we’ll be coming here every time we visit Pheonix. We just loved it. Thank you!

Tried this place while visiting Phoenix and ordered a to-go Gongura Chicken Family Pack Biryani and Chicken Tikka Kebab. My friends and I couldn’t eat the food it was extremely spicy.
A friend had suggested this place, but the experience was disappointing, and we ended up throwing the food away. It felt like a waste of money.

All the food was great! The service and speed…not as good. Still well worth the trip.
