Indian restaurant in North Scottsdale area with good ambience. On a weekday afternoon, it was sparsely populated. However, service was very slow. Portion size were small compared to the price and other similar Indian restaurants. Taste wise it was average nothing special. One of our meat dishes was undercooked. Quality of food served was not up to the expected mark. Overall not a pleasant experience nor a good value for money.

I have been to many Indian restaurants throughout the years and I can safely say that Curries is in a class all by itself. We were in the area visiting from Dallas and saw the reviews and they truly met and exceeded our expectations. From the service, to the ambiance and of course, the food; everything was Top Notch. We will be here for a few more days and plan on coming back before we head home. If you’re craving excellent Indian Food then Curries should be your place of destination. You won’t regret it!!

We had a dine in experience at the restaurant on a weekday. Our server Honey was really helpful in recommending few dishes. We had ordered few drinks, which were really refreshing. The food was so delicious and flavourful, we had ordered paneer, chicken chilli , Schezwan wings and murg tikka in appetisers. Main course we ate Chicken biryani and Paneer tikka masala. Dessert we had ordered gulab jamun, they were so soft and delicious. Service was fast and food was served within 10 minutes after the order was placed. Would highly recommend this place.

We drove 30 miles to try this new restaurant and boy was it worth the drive! The atmosphere was cozy and the outdoor seating with string lights was absolutely gorgeous (we ended up sitting inside because they had a large table enough to accommodate our huge party of 9)
The food was super yummy! My 7 year old that normally doesn’t eat curry devoured 3 servings od their mango chicken curry. The Tandoori chicken came out in sizzling skillet smelling fantastic and it tasted great too. The magnum opus was the saffron rice pudding we had for dessert. Just perfect. We will be coming back again.

We have eaten at the Currie’s restaurant in Yuma which was outstanding…well, this Currie’s is even better if that’s possible. The bang bang chicken was exceptional as was the garlic naan and rice pudding! Excellent food and wonderful service! we will be back!!

The restaurant was shy a waiter but who we had was amazing!! The food was outstanding and for those who wrote in their review that the portions were small??? NO WAY!! More than generous portions and so delicious! We will definitely be back on our next visit. Don’t miss this place! It is excellent!

Wow?! What else is there to say? This is just phenomenal food. Once I saw it on Tiktok I knew I had to try it, and we had to cram in a second dinner just to make it work – which was totally worth the drive .
This is neck-and-neck for my favorite Indian place! When visiting a new area I refuse to eat at the same place twice, and have already done tens of hours of research reading menus and picking out places – but I’ll be back again tonight .
The flavor is so delicious and I don’t know what’s in the sauce that comes with the non veg platter but damn it’s good!

We’ve always done take out and the quality had been good and portions have been very generous. Dine in experience left much to be desired however and was extremely disappointing.
Saturday night, very few people dining in and yet service was poor. We had to get the attention of waitstaff for our order requests and menu. The rice dish came with no serving spoon and we had to call someone for a spoon!! The cocktail was mediocre.
The food portions were extremely small for the price and it was vegetarian!
There was one small container of rice between four people and three entrees!! No one came to ask how the food was or if we wanted some more rice or anything else.
The one waitstaff was too busy cleaning around us to bother to come and inquire if we needed anything!
We had to ask for the menu for desserts and were informed there was only one option for dessert and were offered and served about two tablespoons of complimentary rice pudding as an after thought! This has not been the experience we expected nor hoped for! Also the restaurant was super cold and the food got cold even as we were eating!!
Definitely not a repeat dine in for us.

Everyone here is so nice! They have a fantastic drink menu and very expansive food menu to choose from. It’s worth the drive if it’s outside your neighborhood. We were glad we ventured out!
