Lisbeth has a horrible attitude when it comes to customers. She started yelling at me saying I was making a mess as I was pouring my toppings. I have been to this location three times this week after the gym. I have never experienced an issue as I’ve been coming here for years. On a professional level and business owner this is totally unacceptable.

This place is a favorite of my families. They love the assortment of toppings. They always preferred this one to the other 2 that went out of business near us. They change their hours often so always check to see their schedule. I do wish they would update their rewards system. The attendants use a iPod , yes iPod to track our points. It glitches all the time.

As a first-time client, I was thoroughly impressed with the frozen yogurt and my favorite topping. It was a delightful treat that provided much-needed relief after a long day at work.
While I was satisfied with the frozen yogurt, I believe the customer service could have been more courteous. Although I was greeted upon entering, the representatives didn’t smile, which would have made the experience more welcoming. A warmer approach would have greatly enhanced the overall experience.

Rating 3.5 stars but there’s no half star options.
A few of the yogurt flavors were very off and artificial tasting. Like the watermelon flavor tasted like cherry, the cherry/gelato flavor tasted like medicine, and the Greek yogurt (original) was watery.
I recommend the banana cake flavor! Prices weren’t too expensive, similar to other fro-yo places. Lots of topping options but I’d rather have limited yogurt flavor options and have them taste really good rather than having so many flavors when more than half of them doesn’t taste good.

Whoever these 2 girls were on their night shift tonight on 13th of October did not give off a good welcome, I know it was 40 minutes before closing but they were coming off as rude. They should really work on themselves

Went about two weeks ago, chose alpine vanilla (safe choice), and it was anything but that. It wasn’t thick or creamy like the usual.. this time it was more runny, clear, and icy. The quality fell down and HARD. It wasn’t even remotely close to a frozen yogurt. Stay away, go somewhere where they still care.
