Some baristas are great but my last experience was AWFUL. The barista tried charging us almost DOUBLE for 2 drinks and had a HORRIBLE attitude when I noticed. She then made one of the drinks wrong and had an attitude because I asked her to fix it. We all have bad days but don’t work customer service if you’re not going to be polite.

Drove through town on a road trip and decided to stop here for a quick drink. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered a 20oz blended white chocolate toffee crunch – it wasn’t that great- the last 3rd of the drink tasted like dirty ice. Boyfriend ordered a hot snickerdoodle latte- it also wasn’t pleasant.

They are so sweet and nice. I come here so often that they know right away what I want without me asking. But today, I had to switch it up because of the new arrival on the way. Thank you ladies for making such amazing drinks for me and my family ❤️

Absolutely happy with my service. I’ve been coming here for years and have seen the prices slowly increase with the rest of the economy. Drinks are made quick, have always been correct (or fixed promptly), staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Very pleased with my service from Cuppa Joe!

It’s probably about time I left a review for this welcoming crew! I visit family in Stayton regularly and make regular visits to Cuppa Joe while in town. Sweet down-home baristas, great lattes (I’m not a flavor guy), and the shop is well kept. Keep up the good work.

Horrible experience twice this week. Cold coffee when order hot and extremely bad attitude from both batista’s. This used to be my favorite coffee shop but I will never return after this experience.

Hands down best coffee in town. I appreciate the sugar free options, my teens enjoy all the rest. A great cup of coffee every visit. We drink the cold brew, the blended mix drinks and the hot mixed drinks. The Santiam Slide and Nutter Butter are two popular drinks in our house. The Cold Brew with some heavy cream is great for that early morning commute to work.

By far my favorite coffee stand! Drinks are made with the perfect flavor to coffee ratio. Candy bar in a cup drinks are heavenly! The baristas are incredibly kind and always have a smile on their face when you pull up to the window. Thankful to have such an awesome local coffee stand, keep up the great work guys!
