Very clean, super super nice staff, very yummy food!! Got 2 cupbops with beef and mandoo, 2 level spice which was perfect, and one of them sloppy on the sauce (my Fiancés favorite!!). Love this place so much! We come all the time! 10/10 recommend!

Great flavors and options! Definitely could do better on portion ratio between meat and noodles and rice. Long wait. Probably waited 20 minutes before getting our food. There was only one worker manning everything by himself for a while.

I continue to want this location to be good, however The last two times we visited the rice has not been cooked and there is nothing worse than crunchy rice. The meat, sauce and noodles are delicious but chomping through a bowl of half cooked rice is not my idea of a great lunch. Two strikes you’re out in this case I won’t be returning to this location in the future.

I love Cupbop but will drive another 10 min in the other direction to avoid having to go to this one!! Worst Cupbop anywhere! If you order from door dash or online plan on your order being incorrect every.single.time. I have ordered several times and every time my order has been incomplete or incorrect. I’ve even tried calling the store after placing an order to make sure it’s correct and they still got it wrong. This location is managed by teenagers with very little experience or concern for customer service. The actual store is dirty, mismanaged, and you should probably be worried about the quality of food (or lack thereof) as well. Avoid going here at all costs!!

How did i spend $15 at this place to get 5 pieces of meat and 4 pieces of tofu??? I am beyond mad! I LOVE cup-bop and after a little break in school for lunch decided to grab some.
