Well this is my unexpected birthday treat for the fourth time as o still have two more coming that o know of. Letting people know your birthdate months some of them use that info to get you to come back as a regular. Cupbop got its real start on the shark tank show when Mark Cuban offered them 1 million for 5% of the company. And they continue to grow. We had to clean our own table. Everywhere you look it was dirty. I’ll probably never go there again. The food was ok but it doesn’t matter how good it is, if it’s dirty it’s not good. Hopefully it was just a situation but the stuff on the windows and corners and everywhere looks like it’s been there a while. Clean up cupbop,

This place desperately needs an on site manager to assist with staffing. My wife and I ordered a pick up order for 6:15. However on arrival I waited in the order line since no one walking in was being acknowledged. After about 5 minutes I was able to tell the male staff member I had a pick up order and he looked lost, and then suddenly remembered to check the ticket on the wall and told me it wasn’t made yet. Then he just turned around and went to checking bowls and making random remarks to the Female staff member, which never acknowledge me, never asked if I needed anything and between the both of them neither told me how long it would be or that they were even preparing it. I proceeded to stand at the counter until other customers came in. Oddly the two lost staff members decided to proceed with making orders for three other customers that walked in, so I decided to sit down. It had been about 25 minutes at this point. Finally the staff helped all of their walk ins and I had now been waiting for 40 minutes for my pick up order. After the store basically became empty I notice the female packaging up and order and then just turned around and set it on the counter instead of idk calling out the customer to let them know it was ready. Another five minutes passed and the male staff member finally called out my name. 55 minutes later I was getting my food as I got to the counter my food bag had sauce and soda spilt all over it. The male staff member apologized for the wait but didn’t confirm my order and handed me sodas that had the lids half off and soda on the top that spilt on me as I grabbed them. Conclusion of this visit would be I’m not returning if this is the ownerships idea of a good team. They need a manager on site at minimum that can delegate and assign tasks or they desperately need to learn how to train their staff and actually shop their restaurants to know the standards. This truly seemed like a team of workers that have only had one shift. They had no idea how to talk to a customer and truly looked lost or just didn’t care. Either you need to train or you need a new staff. If you want cupbop I recommend just goong into Albertsons and buying your own supplies returning home and, you’d probably have it ready before getting your order at this location.

Super disappointed. My dad, sisters and I were looking for food after my little sisters school competition and we’re glad to see that Cupbop was still open at 7pm. When we ordered, my dad ordered the Rock chicken as his protein. The girl taking his order visibly rolled her eyes, sighed and told him they would have to make more. When she called it to the kitchen that more would have to be made, the girl back there just stared at her, then glared at my dad, and then sarcastically responded ‘sure, no problem’ and rolled her eyes as well. Then my sisters both ordered the Rock chicken as their protein and were each met with increasing levels of annoyance and sarcasm.
We sat down to wait (fully recognizing that our food would take a minute to be made, like she’d told us) and proceeded to wait 30 MINUTES for our food in an otherwise pretty much empty restaurant.
I could understand their attitude if it was 10 minutes before close, but we were there 2 hours before closing time. The full staff was still there! And I would totally get it if our food took 30 minutes because the place was slammed and they were working on overdrive to get all the food out. But we were the only people in the restaurant! I’m super disappointed by this location and their service. It seems like they need an actual manager there and to really get whipped into shape.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I don’t have a picture of my bowl with rock chicken because it was so delicious I scarfed it up! Definitely will be back!! Thank you Cupbop for a delicious dinner!

They did a great job even while they were busy and new staff. She took her time to make sure the orders were correct instead of rushing and doing them wrong. I appreciate her taking her time. They were all friendly and great food.

Can’t go wrong with a good cupbop especially one that’s conveniently located on the edge of town, I got everything I could have hoped for out of this location and the staff, Dillan ally and Kristy were very kind and helpful with answering questions and descriptive on everything on the menu helping me decide exactly what I wanted. The store was clean and the music was poppin. Have to leave 5 stars Excellent!
