The food here is great, I have to admit it always satisfies the cravings. However, the service? It’s horrible. You really have to be lucky who you meet. The lady with the bright lime green hair taking my order today had horrible customer service, probably needs to be trained more. I had asked for extra protein, fully willing to pay that extra 2 dollars. Keep in mind, a regular portion is a full patty. With “extra protein” it’s another half. However, upon receiving my order, it was noticeably less. People make mistakes, and I understand that. However she, knowingly, skipped out on my extra protein claiming she had to “make do with what she has.” I know that Cupbop usually makes their protein fresh, and I don’t mind waiting an extra 10-20 minutes for my food to be made, but they didn’t even bother to do it. It’s okay if your service is horrible, but make sure that you don’t skimp out on what customers pay for.

I had the Krunch, it was fried chicken bowl. I thought it was very good. My husband and a friend had the Piggy. They liked theirs. And the friends wife had a Cola I believe it was called. Her 2nd time having it, so I would say she liked it.

That man has excellent customer service, the way he treats you he makes you feel special like you’re actually somebody in this world, he was fast at making our food. Little to no time wait for my food. Food 10/10. Customer service 10/10. I will definitely come back and I will not order if I don’t see him, I want him to take care of it every single time !

This place is so amazing! They have really come up from how bad it was a few months ago! Please keep the current manager jair and the crew member Israel! I am a super regular here. They know me and my son and always treat us well! The food is so good but when a manager changes it sometimes doesn’t taste good! So don’t change jair ! Sometimes they are out of kdogs or don’t answer the phone but the food is so good it doesn’t matter! Def recommend!
