The workers here are nice and patient, they are also informative on what is going on. But, I got take out and my order is pretty bad. First of all I got two uglys and one is full and the other is hardly full like they ran out of stuff to put in. Additionally, the chicken is dried out and not even chew able. This is really disappointing.

The food is great. The service by the kids who work there is not the quality that we expect. For example, they were told we both wanted the STANDARD Koko Bop with #1. Our food had ZERO cabbage. We didn’t know until we got home so it was too late to fix it. This has happened before. Why do these kids leave out one of the main ingredients? Also, while in the store we felt like we were being processed. We did not feel like they cared about us, consequently we did not add a tip when we paid.

As someone who likes Korean BBQ, Cupbop offers a nice, quick and convenient way to eat KBBQ. Cupbop isn’t exactly the most authentic Korean food, but what it offers is still pretty tasty, especially for it being a large chain. The noodles are good, albeit, over chopped. I couldn’t get any long strand of noodles. The rice is not that great. I always get my bowl without sauce because every location I’ve been to DROWNS the bowls in sauce. I’m not a super saucy gal so I always hold off on it. I like the rock chicken; it has a nice crunch to it. The bulgogi is on the drier side, but I don’t mind too much since it’s thinly sliced. The ambiance is nice but the tables need to be cleaned more often. I typically get Cupbop Doordash to me. I don’t recall it ever being a bad experience so that’s a win in my book!

Generally, I have a great experience when coming to this location, but the behavior tonight from some of the employees was quite abhorrent. We initially ordered 2 Koko bop cups, and went to be seated. Then we were told that there wasn’t any, and to get some we would “only have to wait for 10 minutes”, or we could take Crunch chicken. We decided to wait. But after waiting for a good portion of time, a man told us the wait would be longer, and rather rudely at that. And so we still waited. After some time, they asked us if we would be okay to replace the Koko bop with Crunch Chicken so we didn’t have to wait. We were okay with waiting, but the employee obviously seemed angry and impatient and told us the wait was going to take 15 minutes, “like I told you earlier,” (which he did not do, reference above) and we decided that the Crunch would be fine, but ended up having to wait for them to prepare the Crunch Chicken anyway. By the time they began to make our bowls, they had made more Koko bop. Fine— but we had already switched. The male employee who had been communicating to us told the girl preparing our bowls to just throw away the Crunch Chicken, and give us Koko Bop, much to our protests.
The wait was not an issue— the issue was the treatment from the employee to us. He was speaking to us and other employees very rudely. We heard him complaining loudly to the other employees “all anyone wants to get is the stupid Koko bop.” He went back on what he was saying to us a few times, which felt rather like we were being gaslit. To top it off, it did not appear to be busy, and his actions felt undue.
The girl was very nice to us, trying to counter and compensate for her peer’s distasteful treatment of us and the other employees.

I absolutely love Cup Bop but was really sad with my food tonight. My ugly was rock solid and my mandoo seemed burnt. Luckily they had the best crew working tonight. Devin, Eyvon, and Henry were all quick to help get my order remade with fresh ugly and mandoo and were super kind. Thank you guys for flipping around the bad experience with the food and making it better. You guys rock!

Lydia was super nice and made some good conversation! She helped me get my order and kept me updated on how long my food was going to take! There wasn’t any line which made it super quick and easy.

Pulled up to the drive through screen and sat for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. No signs mentioning to come to the window or anything. Decides to pull up to the window and no apology or greeting given. Asked for sauce on the side, got sauce on my bowl instead (hardly any). And no silverware.

The cashier Lidia had such a great energy and walked us through everything as it was our first time! What good food it was too! Love you cupbop.

We went to dinner and there was no beef or katsu, we asked the attendant for a cupbop only of pasta and she put rice, cabbage and pasta.
In addition to not paying attention to the food we ordered, the service was horrible, the place is very dirty and besides there is a lack of food, because from what I saw they put the rest of the rice that is stuck to the bottom of the pot.
It was supposed to be a family dinner, but it was easier to have gone to eat a hamburger .
Besides the table that I myself had to clean twice because it was so dirty!

I am not someone who likes to leave bad reviews, and I’m trying to be fair here. Cupbop is normally a go-to for my family, but we won’t be coming to this restaurant again. The bathrooms in this place are low-stocked and disgusting. This restaurant is incredibly poorly managed and the employees are unprofessional, unaccommodating, and downright rude. The boy named Camden had helped us, but only after standing there on his phone for several minutes. Our food took a ridiculous amount of time (only 3 cupbops, and it was 3pm). My young kid was with me and we heard swearing very loudly from the back as we waited. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
