Yes, we waited 45 minutes at Culver’s today. And yes, it was completely understandable.
St. George is hosting tournaments and expecting around 30,000 extra people this week.
The restaurant was packed, and the team appeared to be running on a skeleton crew. Despite that, they were clearly working as hard as humanly possible.
A special shoutout to the young woman who took our order (short dark hair, name with a double “L”). She stayed calm, kind, and professional the entire time. Under that kind of pressure, that’s impressive. She deserves recognition.
Before leaving a negative review, maybe consider the circumstances. The team was doing their absolute best.

Took our family here for dinner last night and we were all impressed with the food and the prices were fair. Employees were great and the place was clean. There was 8 of us and the food was served quickly. So glad we came here.

Had an online order for carry out. They accidentally forgot our coleslaws. I called back about it, and the employee on the phone was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely concerned. After reaching out to management, they refunded our entire order.

We eat here all the time and it’s generally good. Today we went thru the drive thru placed an order and waited 30 min. It was for a salad, that’s all. I finally went inside and they gave my salad to someone else.
I waited inside for another 10 mins.
For my simple order.

Tried the new Culver’s on Sunset in St. George, Utah. The people were very nice, and the food was “REALLY GOOD “!! we ordered the Basket meal, with a Delux Double Burger with cheese,comes w/ fries/lg.drink.$ 10. Also in a Basket meal, the North Atlantic Cod sandwich, comes with cheese ,n,lettuce. Also comes with fries,/ LG. Drink.$ 9.50. Their shakes and other drink options looked really good too. Looked like yummy treats for the summer!

Since “discovering” my neighborhood CULVERS, I have ordered the same meal every time!! Macaroni & Cheeze with a side of Steamed Broccoli. The carbs satisfy me and I feel healthier after eating the protein! The young men who take my order and then bring it HOT to my table, are the absolute all around BEST! Forgot half the order. Smallest portion of the family size jalapeno cheddar bites. Absolutely laughable how little they put in a $9 dollar items. Worst $40 bucks ever spent to not get the 2 family size curds or the large shake. Order should be $20 after that! No dipping sauce was to be expected and that’s what we got. Never again.
