Culver’s is a wonderful fast food restaurant. I particularly like their North Atlantic Cod dinner. And they are now serving walleye as well. In my opinion, they serve the best seafood dinners and sandwiches of any fast food restaurant. The service is good and the food is excellent. I very much appreciate their table service after you order at the counter, they deliver the food to your table and at that time you can get whatever else you might need. Very attentive service.

This fast food restaurant snuck up on me. I have never heard of this restaurant before. The food was really really good and then there’s the dessert ice cream WOW!!! I am not a dessert person but it would have been a real shame if I had not tried my wife’s snickers ice-cream and my daughter’s vanilla. The other choices looked good too. The spicy chicken sandwich that I shared with my wife was really good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THIS PLACE !

I love this Culver’s! The staff here is amazing and I always get my food in a very timely manner. The staff here are so friendly. Tonight I had a super nice guy take my order and joke around. They ended up giving me a free custard which was so nice. Double thumbs up to him and the other employees here.

It is 10:30pm an hour and a half before close. The kid working at the window was flipping out and acted as if he had no idea what was going on. We pulled up to thank you sign as usual and waited for our food time was no issue it was the quality. We got a fry instead of cheese curds which most people know this is an upcharge. our concrete’s were basically soup. I don’t pay for ice cream so receive a drink. We pulled back around to get our cheese curds which they fixed immediately but the girl who helped us has a nasty attitude. All in all it was the worst experience i had ever had at culver’s. this was my very first job and the service taught me very well. I know if sarah was there I would’ve been taken care of with outstanding service. It’s a shame. 🙁

I visited this Culver’s recently, and my order wasn’t quite right. Due to some health issues, finding foods I can eat comfortably can be a real challenge, so I called the next morning to explain what had happened. From the very start, I was treated with such kindness and care.
Craig, the first manager I spoke with, was incredibly understanding and personable. He made me feel heard and never like a burden. He took the time to explain how mistakes can happen and went above and beyond to make things right by offering to remake the burger exactly how I needed it. He also generously provided me with a free meal coupon, which was such a thoughtful gesture that truly showed how much they value their customers.
When I arrived to pick up the remake, Sean greeted me at the store and was equally outstanding. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to all the customers were truly impressive.
Both Craig and Sean turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that reminded me how great customer service can make all the difference. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location as often as I can. Great job, Culver’s team!

Culver’s in Idaho Falls has done it again! This restaurant is fantastic! They have the best customer service and food! They go out of their way to make sure each customer has a great experience and that they feel appreciated! They also give back to the community and non profit organizations! Always drive through so can’t rate the inside experience. Staff is always cheerful and polite. Food is consistent and hot. Variety is great. Where else can I drive through for potroast?Occasionally the order is missing something, but where can you drive through that gets it 100% all the time? Gotta check the bag!

I’d give Culver’s about a 3-star experience overall. The food itself was actually pretty good — fresh, hot, and what you’d expect when you’re craving a solid burger and fries. That part didn’t disappoint, and it’s probably the main reason I’d consider coming back.
Where things fell short was the service and overall atmosphere. The staff didn’t seem very attentive, and the interaction felt a bit rushed and impersonal. Nothing outright rude, just not the level of friendliness or efficiency you hope for when dining out. The dining area also felt a little neglected compared to other locations I’ve visited — not terrible, but not especially welcoming either.
Overall, decent food but the experience around it could definitely use some improvement. If the service matched the quality of the food, this place would easily rate higher.

My order started with Aleeyah at the register and she made the whole experience amazing. She was so welcoming and made us laugh. She knew what to say and she did great with upselling the food. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Aleeyah! She was super fun and has a really great attitude! Our family came in and was pretty obnoxious with all the meme references “cheese on mine” and she was super amazing on making sure that we were all taken care of and had what we wanted. Thank you Aleeyah for making Colvers a great atmosphere and allowing our family to be goofy with you! PS the Carmel pumpkin shake you and your coworker recommended was delicious!
