Bought the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken inside was 1/8″ thick or less, like a sheet of paper. The breading on the outside was thicker than the chicken. We exchanged it for a burger. Im hoping this was a fluke because I find the lack of chicken deceptive.

Got the Culver deluxe, cole slaw, reese’s dish ice cream. Burger was well seasoned, toppings all fresh, sauce was like a tangy ranch which was really good. It’s hard to find cole slaw I like it had just the right zing. Ice cream was soft serve with good portion of reese’s. Portions are kind of like everwhere now days so wont knock that part. Ordering went smooth once you get in the right lane.lol Will go back for sure.

Had regular bacon cheese burger. Very good. Bun was better tasting than have had for a long time. Wife said it was different but very good tasting along with her chicken. Staff were polite and attentive to the customers. Had 1 of the custard deserts, also very good tasting. Can’t wait to return there again to try other dishes and deserts. I paid with cash and I don’t know if she was trained or just knew how to count change back but was nice to see it done.

Today’s its first day open lots of staff for fast food restaurant however it does bring back the meaning of fast food, by the time I order paid got my drink and sat down they were already brining my food to me they also have an nice feature if you dont want to stand in line just go to a table and order from there another perk its nice to get a meal for less than 15 bucks overall a great experience and hope they keep this level up

We ask that the burger had mustard and ketchup. There was none in the burger. My husband ordered the same think. But he got a triple burger with cheese and the rest of the works. Culver’s is a nice clean place to dine. Cashier’s were knowledgeable but not listening close enough when you are requesting accomodations in individual orders.

My husband and I went to the new Culver’s in Derby, it was crazy busy. The employees were working hard to make sure our time with them was a positive experience. One server, Blake was super friendly. We could tell that he was trying his best to get customers their orders as fast as possible and with a genuine smile. Great food, delicious ice cream, we will definitely back.

I don’t normally give a review for fast food restaurant on the first week they’ve been open but I think the experience I’ve received warrants this review. First the lady who took my order was respectful made my first time experience ordering easy. Then the lady I believe they said her name was Amanda at the window today taking my payment for the food was an absolute delight. I have a 5 year old little girl who’s nonverbal and very shy. Amanda’s bubbly personality made my daughter smile! Plus she offered my dog a pup cup! I truly hope the employees at Culver’s keeps this up! I will come back again for sure with my whole family and we hope to see the same people who gave us the best experience today again! Please keep up the amazing work guys! Made my first time experience amazing. We need good restaurants in derby!

Food is always great! The owners Ryan and Katie are the kindest people out there, and can’t wait for them to bring so much to the Community around with MPH Holdings help! Looking forward to seeing it grow! If you never been to a culvers, the never frozen and always fresh butter burgers are must try and the cheese curds and custard. If you are looking for something else besides a burger, the cod dinner is always battered when ordered, and outstanding, and can’t ever go wrong with their chicken tenders either, with their own root beer!

Took the family to try Culver’s for the first time tonight. We ordered shortly after walking in and had our food before we got our drinks from the fountain. The staff were so kind and attentive. The staff checked on us frequently and even brought ice cream samples to try. Our son said “the staff turned into “Sonic” when cleaning dirty tables to get ready for other people”. The food was delicious and probably our new favorite place to eat in Derby! Get out and try it and support this wonder local family and staff thrive in our Derby Community!
