Drove through for ice cream this evening, and the order was wrong, as it is about half the time. When I drove back through, the young lady at the window was very rude, and argued that the order was only half wrong, not entirely wrong. Very poor customer service, and chronic issues with accuracy.

My guest and I stopped in for a scoop of the ‘flavor of the day’ which was chocolate covered strawberry & vanilla custard. The strawberry slices appeared fresh but were a bit tart. The counter help was efficient and polite as was the food runner. There was no issue finding a clean table in the dining area and the floors appeared clean as well. I didn’t notice any music in the background and there wasn’t a single holiday decoration to be found.

I absolutely love the milkshakes they have here. And the butter burgers are great as well. Staff is always cheerie and helpful. The restaurant was clean.

Went to eat a late lunch on Christmas Eve with extended family and found out their lobby closed at 2:30pm so we went somewhere else. What gets me is that they care so much about their employees spending Christmas Eve with their families (rightly so) but will try to fire a 16 year old employee who had to attend their mothers funeral out of state. Don’t understand their logic…

I used to have a good experience before they installed that new drive through. Now I waited 20 minutes and my burger was thoroughly burnt.

I spent TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for two orders of a double burger, large fries, and a large drink only for it to be thoroughly burnt after waiting 20 minutes.

Outstanding service and quality! Some chairs and booths need a little love because of all the repeat visitors.

Burgers have decent flavor. Burgers r over cooked. Buns were soggy. Service was good. Don’t know why it’s so cold inside. Should have comfortable temperatures inside for customers. Over priced.

I love Culver’s, I went yesterday to have the special curderburger they have for a limited time. It was by far the best burger I’ve ever had from a chain restaurant. The giant fried cheese curd on the top of the burger was awesome. I’ll be going back again before they stop selling it for sure!

Inattentive staff. I had to ask two guys who were staring off into space if one of them could take my order. First response was “huh?”. Good thing I know math. I asked for a two dip custard. He rang up 2 custards, but I knew that he had made an error when my total was over $12. Had to ask three times for two scoops of chocolate custard with two add ins.Hamburger and fries were good. I paid for extra toppings on my custard: $1 for pecans and 50¢ for marshmallow. Maybe five pecans and so little marshmallow I couldn’t taste it. I may stand and watch them make it next time.
