I never pass up a Culver’s, the food is aways great! A young man was day two in training and was doing a great job bussing food and asking questions. Was waiting for dessert and someone was asking if we needed to order. Service was great, they forgot chili cheese fries but by the time I went to counter they were bringing them to me. Son got chicken tenders that were actually cooked to perfection, don’t sleep on their chicken tenders!

I’m so glad I found this place. Happy accident due to traffic. The food is awesome and the place is very clean and well kept. I think that’s because of this fantastic fella named Nathan. Him going around checking on everyone and really making everyone fell welcome. He told me he’s been there 10 years already. Great job team.

One of the best fish dinners out there. The North Atlantic cod dinner is yummy. Crispy flaky fish fillets, delish coleslaw, fries and a bun. Add on a drink and a frozen custard and you have a great meal. Service with a smile. Facilities are clean and fresh.

The line was not bad, the concrete ice cream was good. It was around $10 for 2 ice creams (not bad). If you want good ice cream, come to Culver’s. The atmosphere was good, there were many ages, and groups. 4 stars!

We all got burgers. Two cheeseburgers and one sourdough melt. The burgers were okay but not as good as normal for Culvers. The fries tasted good. The service, however, was up to normal Culver’s standards. The crewmembers were friendly and took our order quickly. The drive-thru wait was a bit longer than normal but not too bad. **Larger vehicles, the drive-thru has a couple of sharp turns. Depending on the size of your vehicle it may be easier to go into order.

Dishonest Practices and Poor Management
I visited this Culver’s in Branson on Dec 18, 2025, specifically to use a “Buy One, Get One Free Value Basket” coupon from a local publication. The coupon was valid and not set to expire until April 2026. However, the staff refused to honor it.
The reason given was that because Culver’s recently lowered the price of Value Baskets by a couple of dollars, they no longer have to honor the BOGO coupons. This is a blatant bait-and-switch. A minor pricing restructure should not invalidate a printed agreement that customers rely on. By refusing to save me the price of a value basket as promised, they effectively chose to lose a long-time customer over a $2 difference in their new pricing.
To make matters worse, the manager was completely unprofessional and cowardly. Instead of coming over to speak with me and explain the situation, they stood in the background and whispered instructions to the cashier to turn us away. It is disappointing to see a manager lack the courage to face a customer and instead force an employee to take the heat for a nonsensical store policy.
I’ve always enjoyed Culver’s, but after being treated this way and having a valid coupon rejected for such a poor reason, I won’t be back.

Really kind employees here! Caring and sweet. Gave out schnoodle a custard pup cup and she was SO HAPPY! the cheese curds are delicious! Everything here truly is. We haven’t been to one since we lived in Naples so this is a great addition to Branson during family fun adventures! The custard is always 10/10!!

First time here. It was very busy. Food was pretty good. Good service from staff. We got burgers, fries, cheese curds and ice cream. Everyone loved the burgers. Fries weren’t anything special. They tasted like frozen fries from the grocery store. Cheese curds were recommended but they were just ok. We didn’t finish them all. But we would eat here again for basic fast food.

Tried them first time in Branson. I had the BBQ bacon smokestack, double. I should not have gotten a double but the clerk was very persuasive. It was an excellent burger. Reminded me of my favorite grease-burger from long ago. 10/10 would eat again.
