I love Culver’s burgers and fries. They also have other wonderful options if you don’t want a cheeseburger. If you’re ever in St. Roberts, MO, it’s definitely a great option for a delicious fast food meal.

This was a clean and well staffed Culver’s. Bathrooms were clean, but there were no hooks in the stalls for a bag (literally so easy and low cost to install, come on man). The staff was friendly, the food was pretty good, and my dad appreciated the 70s music. It was very slow business at 8pm on a Tuesday.

This one hurts because normally, I love Culver’s. The hot food (burgers/chicken/etc) is good, but practically every time I’ve come here over the past two years, the custard is nearly melted when I get it. Why is the custard/concrete made before the food? If you’re going to make the custard first, at least store it in the freezer until the food is ready.

My family and I are in town for a week and we were hungry for burgers. I suggested Culver’s. I am so glad we did. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was too. The cashiers were outstanding. They were patient and extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Ordered a “Flavor of the Day” Sunday and a Concrete mixer, both Mediums. Got to the window and the young lady was a bit rude but it is what it is. She hands me 2 concrete mixers and I told her one was wrong and tried to give it back. She said “oh sorry”, again with an attitude. She just stared at me and I explained that I just wanted what I ordered. She rolled her eyes, shut the window, and after a few minutes came back with a tiny version of what I ordered. I told her I ordered a Medium and she said “can you pull forward”, with a bit more attitude this time, and shut the window. She did not correct the order. To top it off, the mixer cup had 2 cracks all the way down the side and leaked everywhere. Customer service has definitely declined at this location.

Almost every time I order there concrete mixers, it comes out like a drink. On top of that it’s sometimes dirty (ice cream on the sides) when handed to us. Not sure if there machine is broken or kids are making them. Food is good though. But I love Culver’s to much to stop me from coming here

My cheese curds were great and my concrete was good but my grilled chicken on my chicken sandwich was completely not seasoned and very bland. The person who took my order was very nice I think they might of been no but no worries they did great.
