We were greeted by Hannah. She was very pleasant and helpful. Our order was correct and it didn’t take long. Our food was hot and delicious. Of course we did get frozen custard pints to go. Can’t wait to dig into them. Would definitely recommend the restaurant.

I just wanted to share that the employees at this Culver’s in particular, are the most helpful and friendliest I have ever experienced. I’ve been at the drive through and inside multiple times and the staff are first rate, friendly, common sense individuals wanting to get everything just right for the customer. It’s very comfortable there. I usually don’t like going into fast food places to eat but the Eureka Culver’s is an exception.

I ordered on the app and was extremely disappointed in the food. The sourdough burger sandwich was undercooked and looked very unappetizing, as were the fries. The sundae and cheese curds were delicious, though. The others in my party ordered at the store and didn’t seem to have any problems, so I will not order from the app again.

I had never been to this location before and it was a great experience. The service was extraordinary. Two encounters at the register (dinner and dessert) were fantastic. The food we ordered was prepared as requested and was served hot n fresh. Parking was really snug, so that’s the only “downside” – it was 8/8:30pm and the drive thru line didn’t help with the packed lot.

The rootbeer was horrible. Definitely does not have enough syrup in it. Very watered down. Very disappointed. On a good note they gave out free coffee.

When on a road trip, we usually look for a Culver’s. We’ve always been more than pleased with their food, restaurant cleanliness and excellent service.
Today 11/30/2025 we stopped at a Culver’s restaurant in Eureka, MO and it was absolutely the worst cooked/prepared burgers and dessert we’ve ever had. The employees stood huddled in groups talking among themselves and the young man taking orders didn’t even know the menu. I asked for a turtle concrete and he had no idea what to put in the computer pad to complete this task. His suggestion was for me to just order a concrete and tell him what I wanted in it. So I walked a way with what should have been $5.99+tax (per your menu board) instead I paid over $8.00 for a custard w/pecans sprinkled on top.

By the time we made it to the counter to place our order we were welcomed by three different employees! Great job on the friendly customer service! Our meals were delicious! The outdoor seating area was nice.
