Let me start by saying that I am a big fan of Culver’s but this was the worst experience I have ever had at their restaurant. Ordered two brisket sandwiches, a cheeseburger, some cheese curds and it took 23 minutes in the drive-thru. They lost the order and then once they finally brought it out they were missing the cheese curds and the top bun of the cheeseburger, Yes they forgot the top bun of the cheeseburger. The brisket was so greasy that it dissolved the box and fell apart when opening. It even dissolved through the bag that the food was in. By the time it was all said and done it took almost 30 minutes and got some extremely greasy and cold food. The burger was good but would have been better if it was warm. I will go back and give them another chance at some point but it may be a little while. I have been to this Culver’s many times and never had an issue until tonight.

I had cheeseburger, fries, chilli, and ice cream to go. Let’s just get this out of the way first. The fries were terrible. Undercooked lacking flavor. I tried to dip them in my chilli but they were Undercooked and so 90% of them stayed on the tray. The burger was tasty and did not need the butter. The chilli was a nice try. The kid that took my order said he had never tried the chilli. How does a man work at a place and not try the chilli. Like I said nice try but call the spice line and kick it up a notch or 3. The lady and the brother in the lobby were nice and it was very clean. I hope the ice cream it worth it.

Not impressed.
Ordered at 9:05pm. Supposed to be open until 10pm. Crew people were cleaning up the dining area. The drink and condiment area was already cleaned. So the ketchup dispensers were wrapped up with plastic.
Got a soft drink. Hardly any carbonation. Imthe diet Coke tastes like soap or cleaner… Bad. I could bear to drink any more.
I get the usual thing here at Culver’s. The double culver deluxe meal.
Fries were cold/dead.
The burger had good presentation. But patties were smashed flat and well done. Zero juiciness.
When my food finally arrived at the table, I was able to eat it while listening to the deafening vacuum noise with a poor filter. You could smell the funky dust it was throwing into the air.
Won’t be back to this location.

I appreciate they served the meals to diner’s table, especially for the grannies diners so that it will not be hassle to them to carry the food tray going to their table.

I had a terrible experience tonight. We ordered two kids meals with a decaf coffee. We placed our order while sitting in Ihop parking lot on the app. We checked in at 8:05 PM when our e-mail said our food wouldn’t be ready until 8:11 PM. Our food was brought out at 8:15 PM with our ice cream first. The ice cream was melted and had turned into chocolate milk. They said sorry about the wait, we are having to brew a fresh pot of coffee as we didn’t have any made. I said that’s okay but the ice cream you just gave me was already melted and had turned into chocolate milk. They said sorry about that but didn’t offer to give us fresh ice cream. Our coffee was then brought out a few minutes later. When we got home our burgers were cooked well done and tasted like cold and dry hockey pucks. This was the kind of dry meat that you have to take a drink with every bite just to be able to swallow it without it getting stuck in your throat. It was not edible. I called the restaurant back and the phone was handed to a woman that claimed to be a manager. She responded to my complaint with an immediate attitude. I did explain that the burgers were so cold we were worried if we consumed them we would get food poisoning. She made accusations and told me if I placed my order curbside and then waited a long time to pick up my order she had no control over how long my food sat and got cold and according to her that’s what happens when you order “that curbside”. She said the moment you order curbside they make your order and then it just sits there until you pick it up. I explained this wasn’t the case and that I had checked in that I had arrived several minutes before my order was even due and reiterated the fact that my order was placed on the app while I was sitting in the parking lot next door. She then proceeded to argue with me and ask me specifically what time my order was placed, when I had checked in on the app, and when my food was walked out to the car all while having a total attitude. She wanted specifics right down to the second they walked out of the door. I did give her all of the information but also told her this was bizarre that she was asking me these questions as it was pure luck that I had been paying attention to the clock and knew the times to begin with. I explained that this was making me feel like a criminal for having a problem that was legitimate for food that I paid for. I also said I still have the sandwiches and I am asking to bring them back at this time. I told her we were not looking for free food and this was a legitimate problem that we were trying to have fixed. She then said hold on just a minute and handed the phone to someone else who answered and had no clue what was going on. He said he was also a manager there and was just trying to figure out what was going on. I said I thought the previous woman that was hateful was the manager? He said she is but I am also a manager. I explained that the woman was incredibly rude and if she was a manager this was no way to treat a customer. He had me come back inside and I walked our old sandwiches back in and he said he would personally make them for us so he knew they were correct and hot and fresh. He said as far as the ice cream goes he could not remake the ice cream because ice cream in general melts, you know? According to him that’s what happens when you order ice cream. There was no accountability of the fact that when they walked them out to the car they were already melted. I walked inside with our burgers and was helped by the male manager that I spoke to on the phone. I was met with glares and stares when I first walked in before everyone proceeded to put their head down. I walked out with our burgers and got home and I will say they were hotter than the first round and at least edible but even on this second batch of burgers the cheese did not melt. Given my experience and the attitude of the first manager I probably will not return and that is a shame because culver’s was my favorite restaurant prior to this.

This is the worst Culvers food I have ever had. I am from Minnesota so maybe the food quality decreases the further you get from Wisconsin? I have gotten Culver’s once or twice a month for years all over the Midwest and this is the first time it’s not been consistent. All we got were fries and a sundae and we didn’t finish either. The fries were so pale and undercooked. Culver’s fries are usually a deep golden color, perfectly salted and served super hot! These were tasteless and taken out of the fryer minutes too early. I’m not sure how a sundae could be so poor but it absolutely was. The custard tasted nothing like it usually does. It was icy and not at all creamy. Even the hot caramel was grainy and tasteless. The strangest thing.
Service was great and the restaurant was super clean which earned my two stars. Would never come back to this location.

Food was great, service fantastic. That Atmosphere in the bathroom had a sneaky Bed Bug on the floor. Turned it into the manager. Keep your eyes open this can happen to any facility with a high volume rate along the highway.

Upon arrival I saw a roach in the entryway. Then, two managers wasted my time waiting and talk before they refused to honor a valid coupon. Don’t expect them to put the customer first nor to be cleanly.
