Well maintained and decorated for the season. Abundant staffing for quick service.
Culver’s food is always delicious. Our orders were piping hot and fresh.
The restrooms were clean with an “extra”. There was a variety of hygiene items available at no charge on the sink vanity. There was a ramekin dish for donations to replenish the supplies. What a thoughtful gesture for their customers’ wellbeing!
I went through the drive thru & ordered a grilled chicken meal & two cheeseburger kids meal. I used one of the kids meal custard tokens & told them I didn’t want to use the other one since it’s for my niece & she wasn’t able to eat her custard right then & there. I get to the payout window & this lady hands me my drinks & custard. The custard I received had the smallest scoop I have ever received from there, it was about 1/3 of what they usually give me. It’s no big deal since I’m sure maybe in the past someone was just really generous & gave out bigger scoops (the kids appreciate you) but when I asked the lady working the window if that was a full scoop she gave major attitude & said “YUP THAT’S ONE SCOOP” then she shut the window & said nothing else, didn’t even ask me to pull forward. I went ahead and pulled forward since she slapped the number on my mirror.. when my food was brought out to me I asked the lovely gentleman, who brought it, if he knew the name of the girl working that window. He told me her name is Tasha & she is part of management… with knowing that information I really hope this lady was just having an off day. When I got to my niece to give her the food I got her, she noticed the custard token on her bag was gone so I checked my sons bag to see if maybe his was still attached… nope… they took off both of the custard tokens. Needless to say, my niece got super emotional (she’s only 5). No worries though, a Dairy Queen cone saved the day! Overall, the food was amazing!!! The management, not so much.
I took videos of everything but I can only upload pictures so here are some screenshots!
Poor service because I felt like 2 employees completely ignored that. I was standing there for a door dash order and they were not doing anything at the time accept flipping barbecue packets over and staring through the window and a couple were talking. But that is the only time i’ve ever experienced that there.
Jeff gave us an amazing magic trick show while we waited on our food to cook.
MST stopped for lunch.
Props to Culver’s for being one of the few restaurants to keep serving grilled chicken. Everyone else has moved to fried only during covid and never re-added grilled. Unfortunately, for my wife and I, no good vegan options at Culver’s. We usually just get fries while my kids get the good stuff.
Our service was pretty weak tonight. I ordered a large half sweet, half unsweet tea. They handed me a medium and I said, “Oh, I thought I ordered a large.” He looked at the screen and said, “No, you ordered a medium”. I told him I know I said large but he didn’t care to fix it. Like just grab a large cup and fill it up with tea.
My kid’s food was fine but they skimped on our order of family fries. That’s a pretty embarrassing amount of fries for the money paid. We were already on the road before we realized.
Pretty poor service with the weird tea interaction and stingy on the fries. Hopefully just a one time thing and the next visit will be better. The fry photo I posted is the amount received, none of them had been eaten.
Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
During my visit today at lunchtime, I regrettably encountered a level of service that fell short of the high standards I typically associate with your establishment. Specifically, waiting approximately 28 minutes for two burger orders proved to be an unusually long duration, even considering the busy lunch hour, which I understand is often your peak period.
Furthermore, I was not disappointed by the demeanor of certain members of your staff. A professional and courteous interaction with employees is integral to a positive customer experience, and on this occasion, the service received was more than satisfactory.
This combination of an extended wait time and pleasant staff interactions significantly impacted my overall impression of this visit. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to address these areas and ensure a more positive and efficient experience for future patrons. Staff was great, but the food was mediocre
