The service was great. The line was long, but the employees were swift at taking orders and getting us sat down in a timely manner. The food came out within 10 to 15 minutes, which was fast for a lunch rush. The seating was adequate and comfortable. I enjoyed my time here.

This location had the Nicest staff!! Their food was awesome and Dessert was the Best! The young man suggested the flavor of the day and the way he described it sold me, he was also our cashier. Later when we were leaving I asked his name, we found out he’s the owners son, he is just an awesome young man! We are truck drivers and this location has a dirt parking lot in the back for trucks & RV . We will be cack next time we roll thru.. Thank you for a Great experience

We come through the drive thru consistently about twice a week. Normally in the earlier part of the day the food is good and exactly what we order. But the nights are getting rough with whoever runs them. Ordered a single deluxe without onion, but it still had onion on it. Ordered well done fries just to wait 20+ minutes and have 5 cars pass us, and they weren’t even well done. Might as well still been a full potato. My brother who was behind us got his fries actually well done and he left 10+ minutes before we got our food. And one of the fries on our order wasn’t even in the bag. Very very poor and pathetic for what was the “best” restaurant in town. This happens every other week at bare minimum. I’d consider you in the same range as McDonald’s at best as much as orders get messed up and as long as it takes to get a simple order. Wisconsin’s Culvers makes this place look like a hospital cafeteria on their good day. Could not be more disappointed to say the least to see yet again fast food workers can’t even do their simple job

Chicken sandwich served in pieces. Ordered two ice cream cones and they were served in dishes. Second attempt ended with an upside down cone in dish. A whole “meeting room” with empty tables just reducing the amount of people that can sit and enjoy their meal.

Went through the drive-through. It took 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. We ordered 3 things. I asked for ketchup and no onions on my burger. I got mayo and onions instead. Cheese curds were good though.

Stopped in for dinner and an ice cream treat. I had the cod sandwich and cheese curds. The first time, I had their ice cream and not exactly what I was expecting. I was pleasantly surprised, however. Nice place. The staff was pleasant and treated me well. Will definitely go back next time in Effingham.
