I went there and it was excellent! The food was delicious and hearty, unlike other fast food restaurants, and the service was very good! However, they may need to step up their cleaning. It’s also pretty kid friendly, so you can bring your kids their for a quick meal.

Thee absolute worst experience in so many years of coming there. I have ordered the same things for years and tonight the young lady was very condescending and very “ready to go home” being that it was close to closing time. She also left off an item I ordered. Definitely will be telling my coworkers and neighbors not to support a poorly ran restaurant- at least not until they get valuable workers who want to complete their jobs from beginning to end.

Absolutely terrible service this Sunday night I was ignored by multiple employees and when I finally got ones attention said they were bagging up my mobile order and then the food was just left bagged up and it took another 5 minutes to get another employee to respond after I said I think that’s my mobile order bagged up literally looks at it says uh and starts helping another employee. So I was standing their for 10 minutes when my food was bagged up in front of me. And I almost never leave reviews but it was that bad I’m not coming again.

First time experiencing a Culver’s since we don’t have any in Virginia. The Culver’s Deluxe cheeseburger was really good. It’s one of the best burgers I have ever had. The crinkle fries were good as well.

It’s absolutely amazing every time. The manager was super nice & and has a great personality. Our food was correctly prepared, served fresh and in a timely manner. The manager came out to check if we were enjoying the food or needed anything else. Even joked about our family reserving the entire restaurant for ourselves since at the time we arrived, not many people were dining in. We will always return to this location because it’s just overall great experience. We even got dessert that was served with a smile.

If I could rate this place 0 starts I would specifically because of the owner. The owner came into my place of work (which has no parking lot) yelling at me and my boss in front of our customers about parking in his parking lot. He was extremely aggressive and calling us names and would not leave our building. My workplace doesn’t have a parking lot for employees to park which is why I parked at Culver’s. If he approached me in a kind and respectful manner, I would’ve responded to this situation differently.I will not eat at this location because of his unprofessionalism and the disrespect he has for our community.

Employees consistently fail to bring out curbside pickup orders. If curbside pickup isn’t actually an option, perhaps this location ought to consider removing it.

Food was really good. But the cashier who took my order didn’t have a name tag, but we dined in at around 8:40pm, was very rude. His attitude was shocking and not at all friendly. I ordered cheese curds with sauce and when my order came, The same guy who took my order also gave me my food, he slammed my tray down?!! I wasn’t anything but civil to this worker and this is how I get treated as a guest? Culver’s do better.
