The Urbana IL location has great service and the food was some of the best. Want to give an extra shout out to Shawna working the register. Her customer service was outstanding (greeted us as soon as we entered the store, efficiently took our order and brought it to is quickly). All with a great attitude. This will be our go to spot when shopping in CU.

we came in today for lunch through the drive-through after a trip to the ER. The staff was so polite and extremely hard-working. The young man at the window was very kind and the lady who brought us our food was awesome. Thank you! The food was hot and fresh.

I really like this Culver’s. Ther service is usually very good and the drive through service is fast. The employees here are usually very good and and the food is spot on. A friend a told me their kids grilled cheese is not as good as others, but I feel the rest of their menu is solid.

Beautiful location in a conventional area just off of Route 45 (Cunningham/Vine) with boneyard creek in view. Also, about a 5-10 minute walk from Carle Foundation.
That’s about where the positivity of this review ends, because moments after receiving my food, I had to rush back home and spend my evening in bed due to the awful quality of my meal. I received food poisoning from a bacon cheeseburger that I waited about 10 minutes pulled forward infront of their line of cars that were served well before I was.
The problems lay with the workers. I was given an attitude at the register, and when my food was being handed to me I was struck by the young man’s distressed face and unkind tone. He did give me his name, Ian, and expressed his discretion for the wait, and told me he was a manager at the restaurant and he would get me a free meal upon returning with no charge.

Food was a little off. Broccoli Cheese soup tasted and looked like it was watered down with milk or something – basically inedible. Curds and chicken strips tasted like the oil was dirty or something. Probably just an off day but quality was noticeably lacking the day we stopped. Customer service was amazing and we were greeted by every employee we came in contact with.

Love coming here, only Culver’s in the area I’ll go to. Love the girl that works nights at the window. she’s always so nice. Food is hot and fresh.

We love ordering from the table, however a drink was missed (we ordered 3 and received 2 cups). We didn’t complain, my kids just offered to share their drink.
My only complaint is that when ordering a sandwich without a bun, condiment packets are consistently missed (at all Culvers not just this one). Maybe work with food runners to have them double check sauces when they see a sandwich with no bun on the tray?
