Just plain awful! I’ve ordered from Culver’s before and the past burgers were delicious. However, this monstrosity is inedible. Flat, unappealing burger with uncooked bacon. The fries were cold and not a large portion. The Onion Rings were also cold and stuck together.
I will never order from Culver’s again. I threw everything in the trash and bought some popcorn from Walgreens. Culver’s has lost a customer.

OMG, all this time I’ve been a “burger snob”, thinking that no fast food place can make a good quality burger. I’ve spent 2x, sometimes 3x as much for a burger at other restaurants but none compare in price and flavor as the Culver Butter Burger. Wow, I had the mushroom and Swiss double, incredible. The bun was fresh, and the burgers were perfect. Even this particular Culvers,right by Midway Airport, was exceptionally clean and the service great.

I understand there’s always some risk of cross-contamination when eating out that’s part of having a wheat allergy. But this was just careless and honestly kind of ignorant. My food originally came out on a regular bun, and that’s when I realized I forgot to tell them to make it gluten-free. I let the staff know I had an allergy and asked for a fresh burger. Instead, they just took the bun off and handed me the same one back… I saw the same bag go back in and come right back out, and the cheese was still stuck to the bottom of the box because they just tossed it back in.
I called to speak with a manager and got put on hold like I was being transferred to corporate but honestly, i think she was just Googling what gluten is. She told me there was “no way” that could’ve happened because bringing food back into the kitchen would “contaminate” ((( <— which she couldn’t even pronounce no offense she was a nice girl))) the rest of the food… but that’s literally what happened????????? I could tell the conversation wasn’t going anywhere so I ended the call.
This could’ve made me seriously sick. I didn’t eat the food and I won’t be back. If you advertise as gluten-friendly, everyone should understand what that means. I included pictures so you can see the grease stains from the bun and how the food was placed and it came back in the original bag with the original ticket showing how I forgot to mention the allergy. I wish I could’ve got a refund since I couldn’t eat my meal.

After last night, I think my time going to this establishment is over. I remember it used to be so nice going there. The workers were always so welcoming, the service was speedy and it felt different. Now when I come I get talked to as if it’s a McDonald’s drive thru. The food takes too long to come and I get embarrassingly bad portions. I’m not sure if it is due to inflation or the workers seemingly don’t care. This place used to be so special, now it’s just another depressing fast food spot

First time eating at a Culver’s. Neither Virginia nor Southern Cali has them.
Milkshakes were good. We got two strawberry & sea salt Caramel, I enjoyed the latter the most.
Hamburgers & fries were good.
We came to eat at this location before heading to the airport.
$50 for 4 people. Plus the place looked clean. Various families eating here.

ordered for our 36 yr anniversary dinner celebration, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce and onion only, what we got is a cheese burger, thoroughly ruined what should have been a special evening too bust trying to get bodies in and out, instead of getting a order correct

Went thru the drive thru and had excellent service. Food came out fast and everything was fresh and hot. I would definitely come back to this location as I had bad experience at other culvers and almost gave up eating food at the fast food chain.
