I have generally enjoyed this location since moving to this side of town during the pandemic.
I ordered two burgers, two fries and, two cups of cheese on 2/11/26. We only got 1 cheese cup and they were closed when we realized. I figured we eat here once a week they’ll just throw the one in the bag they missed next week when I mention it.
So here it is 4 days later and I mention it and they say they can’t give me a cheese sauce because we didn’t talk to a manager within 24 hours of the incident? Where is that policy in the receipt or should customers memorize the same policies and procedures as the employees? Why would I lie about a cup of cheese 4 days after the fact at the local Culver’s I frequent weekly?
I always try my best to support the businesses nearest to my address as it is beneficial to keep money spent within a community you pay property taxes in as a homeowner. This isn’t about money, this is about principle and I legit feel insulted. I even had a receipt which she didn’t ask to look at.
Keep the cheese cup. I could’ve had a V8.

Came in here after a bad experience at ihop and was very satisfied with the service. I was able to order with Paul and he took care of us and made sure to check on us. Food was great service was great overall very good experience and might I add the atmosphere was quiet and good music too will come again to this location

Great people and excellent food service. Jess was a great server. She was helpful and pleasant. The manager walks around and ask if you need anything, and if you do they are right on it. They make you feel special.

I love Culver’s! I frequently visit this location for butter burgers and custard. After many years, I have only had an issue once which was corrected immediately once I brought it to their attention. I am grateful for their participation in local charity events. I also appreciate the young staff which seems to work really hard together and have positive attitudes!

I ordered a single butter burger meal. Very cold burger (bread, cheese & meat) & fries. I ate my food right away in the parking lot by the way so it’s not like it cooled off on the way home. The onions were oddly huge as well but whatever. $10/$11 waste honestly.

I had a good experience. I had the single and double burger meal with lemonade and fruit punch. The drinks were watered down a bit. The service was good. Food was hot and tasty.

i just left culvers and all of my food was cold so it wasnt freshly made. when i got home i was missing fries and the lemonade drinks was watered down. this was not my first time having a bad experience at this location.

One thing though, people these days don’t train their children to sit down. I wanted to sit at a table to eat but it was really miserable to have people’s children stirring around. I don’t believe it is fair that I have to eat in the parking lot to have peace while I chew my food.

Paid. Still sitting in the drive thru after 20 minutes…. a gentleman came out and asked what we ordered. He then went back inside and we are still waiting in the drive thru.
Restaurant is now closed and we are still in the drive, thru sticker on window, waiting. Had to get out and knock on door for an employee to ask if we needed anything.
