Overall, it’s not a bad place at all; the atmosphere is lively yet family friendly, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. That said, service was mostly attentive, but we were never offered refills on our drinks, which was a minor letdown during a longer meal with little ones. Still, we’d give it a 3.5 out of 5 and consider coming back for more small plates. If you’re in the area craving veggie focused Mediterranean fare, it’s worth a visit!
We had requested special seating that typically requires a larger party, but the team graciously accommodated us and made the evening feel extra special. The drinks, service, and food presentation were all fantastic. Our waitress went above and beyond—she even offered to take photos for us and made sure we had the best lighting so we could capture the moment.
Thank you to the entire team at Agora Tysons for making our anniversary celebration feel so special and for providing truly exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back.
This was my first time at Agora – my friends who i came with had come for happy hour a few months ago and raved about this place; from the staff to the food they gave high praises and having come tonight i too can attest to how great this experience was. We started off with drinks & our server who went by Dave was so kind and so attentive and quick. The restaurant is so cute (hopefully next time i snag a spot at one of the nests) the decor is beautiful and the space flows well. The food? No frills, straight to the point: TAPAS style. Everything was seasoned well, the spices really shined through and the meat was succulent and juicy. I would recommend all of the dishes i got ESPECIALLY the Anadolu Mantif, the Kofte, and the sampler – minus the prawns and the branzino (these dishes were good BUT i just couldn’t get over how big the prawns were and i typically don’t like soggy skin on fish) if someone ordered them for the table again i wouldn’t be opposed but i wouldn’t go out of my way to order them. I cannot wait until my next visit.
1. Reservation: absolutely necessary, you can’t go in on any day. They are always packed. which is a surprise for me.
2. Food: 4 stars
I ate here countless times and it used to be great and became very bad and now it is reviving a bit again.
– sis kebab was great! Small portion but great.
– chicken was just chicken, make it at home. don’t buy such stuff eating out, it was a mistake to order this
– dessert was amazing!
3. Drinks: mixed drinks are still not great. Choose wine or prepackaged items here
4. Service: not accommodating and it was so awkward. I could tell he hated serving us. We were still gracious and gave him 20% tip, but he deserved none!
If you are in the area anyway, Chima, Fogo, Eddie’s and many other better options exist.
Our favorite dish was the börek, which was very tasty and well done. However, the quinoa tabbouleh and the cauliflower were underwhelming, lacking depth and balance. The branzino was quite dry and not worth the price paid.
On a positive note, the interior is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant was extremely busy on a Tuesday night, so reservations are definitely recommended.
I ordered my favorite scallops, octopus,
and lamb chop steak,
and it tasted better than any other restaurant!!
The interior is pretty and the atmosphere is good.
The lamp lighting on the ceiling is also beautiful.
But the table spacing is not wide,
so it’s a little noisy to talk quietly
(there are a lot of customers after 5 o’clock)
From the female staff at the entrance to the table server, everyone was kind,
and the food was really! It’s very delicious,
and the atmosphere is good! I will visit again.
At that time,
I will eat wine and this delicious rap chap again.
