Although we try to keep fast food to a minimum- Culver’s is our go-to. Good in the road or locally. This location is always super clean. We like the kids meal with ice cream.

Went to Culver’s in Carol Stream today. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location, which is typically where we go. The burgers are very good And you can customize them according to your preference. The fries always come out perfect too. The cashiers are always friendly, helpful, and polite. And the selection of fountain drinks is unmatched! Typically you cannot get a caffeine diet free soda anywhere, But Culver’s offers diet root beer that they make. It’s their root beer and it’s delicious!! The kids I was with love to mix their drinks there because they even have Powerade and a wide selection of sodas. And no I don’t work there and I don’t know anyone who works there!

It never fails that when we order from here something is always wrong with the order. It’s gotten so bad that the last time I ordered $75.00 worth of dinners, they had 3 different manager’s making sure the order was right.

Took pictures of a Uber eats order i placed. My wife let me know ASAP and in the first picture in the right hand corner you can see how undercooked this fish is. This can cause somebody to be seriously ill. And this is very concerning. Its nice to see Culvers made the order right away but this should not sacrifice the quality of the cooking. Please somebody make this right

Culver is great and I love the food but EVERY time I order curbside pickup, I have to wait 15+ minutes for them to bring the food out to me and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forget 1 item. When I go back in to get my missing item they never seem to really care. And it seems like im an inconvenience.
