My experience at Culver’s was amazing. The butter burger and Oreo concrete mixer were delightful. What really caught my eye was the nonstop sports centre. I love sports centre!!! I also loved the pond because it was unique and cool. I loved looking at all of the fishes. I named one Jim. I love Jim. This experience was unbelievable and majestic.

During my break from work I chose the closest option being this Culver’s location. I ordered my food and due to the long drive thru line they told
me to pull into a parking spot. I sat there for 15 minutes seeing multiple people who ordered after me receive food. I never received my food and they had clearly lost the order, because when I asked for my refund they struggled to pull it up. I was told to tap my card for my refund and the man behind the register simply left. I have no idea if I needed a receipt or anything at all because I was simply abandoned. I had to go back to my shift at work starving. I did not have time to wait around for this guy to come back. Should be 0 stars.

First cold food, then a 20+ minute wait at the drive through for a plain cheeseburger and fries, now I order the chicken tenders and recieve 3.5 tenders (at best) and cold fries. I live less than 5 minutes away. Wish I could attach a picture. What an absolute joke of a location.

This location is giving smaller portions for the same price. These photos are of a 2-scoop sundae we got today. We asked if this was correct, and the employee stated they had been over-scooping before. This location has been very inconsistent with portion sizes of custard for the past year, but this latest excuse is the reason we won’t be going here anymore.

We order 3 veggie combo and 3 cheese crud’s on Sunday night, came thru drive. The order taker was so sweet. After we paid we still had to for 20 minutes for the food. When we got home, we were missing our veggie burgers and 2 cheese crud’s. The veggie burger so overcooked and dry. I spent 60 dollars and just threw the food away. I called the store and some guy answered the phone, I told I could come in Monday to pick the food that they were missing, they that there will be a voucher coming in the mail. So now I have to wait 2 weeks for a voucher. This is so frustrating.
