Culver’s is one of those places that leaves you impressed from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the whole place has a warm, welcoming feel that makes you want to come back. Their food is the real highlight — fresh, consistently good, and always served hot. Whether you’re in the mood for a good meal or just stopping in for something simple, like a shake they deliver every time.

So after a couple months ago of us having a hair in our burger, we were like OK let’s try Culver’s again. Let’s give them another shot ordered through DoorDash. They gave me french fries instead of the onion rings that I had to pay two extra dollars for when I called to complain About not getting my onion rings. They proceeded to blame it on the DoorDasher as if the DoorDasher bagged the food and told me that they couldn’t do anything to fix the issue (which is weird because they have fixed it in the past by sending a coupon in the mail), burgers were rock hard, packages crushed, our burger boxes were basically melting from the amount of grease Finished eating and now me and my boyfriend both feel sick. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this Culver’s their customer service sucks and their food subpar.

For fast food this place takes the cake. All the staff is very friendly, efficient and take pride in their appearance. Well, take pride in all. I’ve never had a bad meal here and when ordering online it is very simple. Although not many discounts online the coupons are amazing. Not to mention the concrete mixers are out of this world.

To tell the truth I never ate at a Culver’s before but I have a very close friend who loves ❤️ it and it is her favorite restaurant so I then recommend Culver’s in Yankton to anyone who is traveling through the great small city of Yankton S.D. Waited extra time vanilla ice cream cone. Girls drop it off quick and it’s runny and melty. Poor under the cone gets all over me in drive thru. Called them to one day hey you didn’t give me any napkins and two things ridiculous. Didn’t offer refund or anything but said they are suppose to ask. I won’t be back anytime soon. There ice cream is regularly runny we are essentially October at this point.

Order took about 15 to 20 mins food was lukewarm cheese wasn’t even melted we didn’t get any sauces. Bathrooms were a mess. Maybe they’re short staff,will not be going to that location.
