As a long-time fan of Culver’s, I am writing this as both a five-star review and a passionate plea: please open a location in Fredericksburg, Virginia!
Every time my family and I travel, whether it’s to Minnesota or Tennessee, a visit to Culver’s is the highlight of our trip. The food is simply unbelievable. The burgers are so flavorful and juicy—they’re truly “to die for.” The chicken tenders are perfectly cooked every time, and that signature house sauce is so good it keeps me up at night, dreaming of my next meal.
But it’s not just the food. The people who work at Culver’s are consistently amazing—always friendly, efficient, and genuinely happy to serve. The last time I was there, a team member recommended the strawberry banana shake, and I swear, it was the best shake I’ve ever had.

Love the gluten free options however most times we go there the orders are inaccurate or missing items. Today it was the fry’s in the kids meal. A big deal to a kid. This is not the first time second or third time. Suggest Culver’s corporate slash the commercial budget and have someone do quality control at peak times and empower your team to make decisions. One expects this from McDonald but not Culver’s. Lastly it’s not about the price or the refund. It’s about getting it right for a kid who has very little time to eat before practice. We don’t need your refund. They blocked my post because they know everything about what I said is true. Will contact corporate. Not expecting much. But I do see a possible class action suit against them for multiple reasons. Look for yourself.

Served me two really dried out absolutely old tasting nasty burgers. I have never had the problem at this location but it tasted so bad that I almost got sick. Please think about retraining whoever was on rhe grills that night. Thanks.

Love Culver’s! We went to this location after coming from a trip up north. Everyone was so nice! Clean store! Slightly different than the ones in Plymouth. Would definitely come back. Enjoy my photos. Yes I take photos of the handicapped bathrooms to help others. As adults we get two kids meals. They never deny us this. Our appetites are lower.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Culver’s. I ordered a single butter burger deluxe and it was horrible. To start, it was ice cold. The pattie was paper thin to the point I couldn’t even taste it. It was over loaded with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I felt like I was eating a vegetable sandwich. There was a piece of cheese thrown on top not anywhere near melted. The onion rings were close to burnt as well. They also forgot my malt. I usually visit the Maple Grove location and have always had delicious food. I will not be returning to this location. A huge waste of time and money. Do better, Culver’s!

Culver’s always tastes great! We never have issues at the Roger’s location, however I do wish they had a more clear way to pickup your carry out mobile order. I ordered ahead of time since I knew they are usually a little busy around supper. The rack with the mobile orders was halfway tucked behind the counter, so I had no clue if I was supposed to just reach over and grab it, or wait in the line. The line was halfway through the seating area, so I knew my food would be cold by the time I got up there so I had to awkwardly try and get someone’s attention to ask. She had just finished helping other people, and then had to step away to get my food off the rack and go scoop my custards that we had ordered…so I felt like I was budging when the line was soooo long. I just wish they had a better pickup system or maybe clearer directions.

The recent change to the cheese sauce is terrible. It was perfect, why the change to make it gross, watery and tasteless? Also, if the option to make fries crispy is an option provided, and selected, please deliver them crispy! 🙂

Food portions a huge and tastier compared to the Albertville Culver’s which is closest to where l live. I will be coming to Rogers Culvers if l have a hankering for fish burger and fries

We love Culver’s!! The cod dinner is a mainstay for us.
The last 2 times the fish was subpar.
It was brown not golden. I believe the oil they are using is cheap oil. It means it has to be changed or cleaned more often. The batter is old. The fish taste flat.
I would appreciate it if they didn’t clean the seats off first then the tables with the same towel. Loyal customers.
