Waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive through for 2 ice creams that never showed up so I went inside to check and I see them sitting half melted on the tray. The culvers in hutch has gone down hill in the last 6 months.

This is the best Culver’s we’ve ever been to. There is a pride of ownership here and the service is quick and generally spot on. I am willing to wait for fresh hot food like they serve up. Beats other fast food around. Best cheese curds!

Ordered a burger with only onions. After receiving, it was clear they forgot the onions but for some reason (laziness) decided to put the onions underneath the bottom bun and attach a third bun. Mgmt was nice and replaced the burger, but I don’t trust those cooks so I tossed it. I love Culver’s but never coming to this one again.
